CL_sonofshine, shiregirl, and I worked on a little project today.
We have made a new game called VMK Master, it's just like the Apprentice with Donald Trump. Every week we will have a challenge and the losing team comes to the board room. Than I will fire somebody, with the help of shiregirl and sonofshine.

I might be running in late not sure though but my computer keeps crashing and is not loading all the way. I have been here since 12:35pm (Pacific) and right now it is 2:02 still no finish load.

I am so sorry for being late my Enternet when down at 2:00. I am so glad my dad is a computer wize and fixed it right when he got home. So the enternet when back up at like 7:50! Then my computer had problems took 5 mins to fix so I was late. Also sorry about my out fit I ran out of credits and have nothing nice to wear. I am a mess today and I hope friday well be better.

Rule 1. If you do not attened three meetings in a row, you're fired.
Rule 2. If you miss four meetings, you're fired.
Rule 3. If you are late, it's your teams loss and it will damge our chance of winning.
Rule 4. No chatting about things other than the game in the Board Room. Ie: Boy friends and girl friends, trading, etc.
Rule 5. All meetings are on Monday and Friday.

I am glad to have the oppportunity to have played. Thank you for putting me on team one of the first VMKMaster game. This initial task was fun as well as enlightening. Go Team One!!! :mickey2:

Sorry I couldn't make the 9:00 meeting I had a family emegerncy.

The first task was fairly simple. Each team had to go to a room on Main Street and turn it into 3 Mouse Ear Room (a popular room). Which ever team was able to accomplish this the fastest would be declared the winner.

Prizim Ink in their room:

Prizim Ink used several different methods to attract ppl to their room: they sent out friend requests asking ppl to come and join them. BlueMickey posted on the fan site to ask ppl to stop by. And the players had a dance party in the middle of the street, an attempt to lure passers-bye to stay. The team worked fairly well together (3 team members were not present for the task) and was able to accomplish their task in just 10 minutes! Way to go Prizim Ink!

Disney Dudes in their room:

Disney Dudes used a similar approach, relying mostly on sending out requests to ppl on their friends lists. They also danced in the street in order to entice others to stay for a while. (Only 1 team member was not present for this task). Disney Dudes were able to get 3 mickeys in just 4 minutes flat: a true accomplishment! They were the clear winners for this task.

Back at the Board Room, Disney Dudes learned of their victory. They also learned that as a reward for their win, they will play one-on-one tic-talk-toe against Donald Trunk in MrGenie's award-winning Tic-Talk-Toe Tent! The date and time of this reward will be announced soon.

Next came the difficult task of deciding who was going to be fired. Enderz, the Team Captain for Prizim Ink, picked Miss MeowsALot (Anne) and dizneydesi (fantasmico) to return with him to the Board Room to face Donald Trunk. After a grueling question and answer period, Donald Trunk deliberated with Carol-In and this week's Guest Judge plgibson (CL_coolbiscuit). When the 3 players returned to the Board Room, fantasmico heard the fateful phrase "You're Fired!"

I was sorry that we lost and had to lose fantasmico. Everyone worked really hard to get this task to work. It just took us a bit longer.

Well as for the next task Prizim Ink need to put there heads together and pick the next team captain. I cannot be it because I was the first. So everyone please lets talk and pick someone.

I was so scared that I was going to be fired. I calmed down when Mr. Trunk told the other to in the room to go to the fired stop. Personaly I thought we didnt't have a plan and I got very confused on what we where doing. I quickly realized that we needed people fast so invited friends. After it was over I talked will BlueMickey on how he thought we did. We both said we did good. I guess it wasn't that good. LOL I hope we do better next week and congrats to the Disney Dudes for ther victory.

I know how we lost so bad. The other team had two more players than us since three of our players didn't show up and only one of their players didn't. So they had to get less people than us. They were at two Mickey Ears when they started. Every person counts.

Rule 6. If you miss a task and are the only member of your team absent, you will automatically be fired if your team loses. If there is more than 1 person absent from a task on your team, and your team loses, the player with the worst attendance record will automatically be fired. If there is more than 1 person absent from a task on your team, and your team loses, and all the absent players have the same attendance record, Donald Trunk will randomly select the player to be fired from among those absent. (Ennie-Meenie-Minie-Moe ;))

We are retroactively applying this new rule. What it means is this: fantasmico is no longer fired.

On Friday's task there were 2 players absent from Prizim Ink at the competition: Heartsdown and PrincessPop. Heartsdown and PrincessPop have the same attendance record. Donald Trunk randomly selected, and it was decided that PrincessPop was eliminated from the game: fired.

I apologize for any confusion/frustration that may exist from changing the rules in the middle of the game. We have realized the oversite that exisited in our previous rules: by considering for elimination only those ppl present, we were in effect giving an unfair advantage to absent players. We do not want to penalize players because they have shown up to the competition. Contestants, please direct any questions/comments about this to me in pm (my in-box can handle it) as opposed to posting about it in this thread. Thank you for your understanding.

Thats better. Now we arn't losing people that came. Thanks. I have a question what if only 2 or less of the team mates on one team did show up? What would you do? That has made me wonder sence day one.

The second task may seem familiar to many of you. The object was to decorate a space room with a defined set of furniture. Nedakh (the recipient of a best guest room award for his fabulous museum) agreed to be the guest judge for tonight's event. Each team had exactly 1/2 hour to get the job done.

The Donald, George and Carol-In felt that Prizim Ink really pulled it together this week. They worked very well together as a team, with bluemickey as this week's leader. Their room concept was simple and fun: a movie theater lobby. They pulled it together quickly and seamlessly. Nedakh was impressed with their design work.

The Disney Dudes were headed up this week by MisterToad. While the team came up with a nice room design, their room lacked an over all theme. The team was also plagued by some in-fighting: the element of cooperation was definately missing which left a bad taste in Donald Trunk's mouth.

Needless to say, Prizim Ink won the second task. In the Board Room the winners gleefully greeted the news of their first victory. They also learned of their reward for this task: a personal tour of Nedakh's famous museum (for which he won the Best Guest Room Award) which will be conducted by the lauded curator himself.

Next in the Board Room, the Disney Dudes got an earful from the judges about improving their team work: The Donald hinted that the next task will require excellent cooperation skills. They also learned that AllStar was the contestant to be fired, due to his absence from the evening's task. (Ebbie was also absent from the task but has been to more team events than AllStar.)

We seem to have some miscommunication going on here. xfan342 I can see how it might not be completely clear what sonofshine is saying. Let me see if I can explain it to you. The room judge knew nothing of any attitudes. He came in, looked at the rooms, and told us which one he liked the best. He picked Prizim Ink's room as the best designed room. What sonofshine is saying is that if your team had spent less time fighting and more time designing, your room might have turned out better than it did. Team 1 had the better room. Period. Sonofshine is saying the reason they had the better room is they cooperated with eachother. I agree with him.

Even shiregirl said That It was my fault that my team lost! How rude of her! I do Not Appreciate This! Please do not mis-quote me. You asked me if it was your fault if your team lost. I said that it was partially your fault: that your whole team was responsible for the loss for failing to work together as a team.

Your team is comprised of a lot of excellent board members and VMK players and friends. I know you can get along with eachother and do well in this game: it's all for fun, really. Please spend some time with your team mates and work out your problems. You guys did so well last task: I know you have it in you to do it again.

I never said your team lost because of you. Your team lost becuase Ned thought the other room was better. Nedakh never heard about the fighting. I was upset with you because you and chipfandale kept on fighting, but that is not why you lost.

I would like to apologize to all the people I had to boot. I really didn't even read names when there were so many people. I try to keep the rooms with the least amount of people possible so it does not get high on the list and full of guest asking for a free magic pin.

Disney Dudes, we need to STEP IT UP! We did sooo good last week and now this. chipfandale and xfan342: you two need to apologize to each other. I don't care what is going on between you two but remember what Mr. Trunk said:

And either one of you could have stopped the fighting by apologizing!! Chipfandale felt that he wasn't being heard by the team because whenever he suggested something you would 'shoot it down' he said that you were mean for not even considering what he was saying! He never made fun of you!

There is a simple plan to victory! If your team has a good plan and has teamwork. Then your on your way to victory. Last week Team 1 had good teamwork but didn't ,I feel, Have a solid plan. Team 2 last week had a plan and teamwork. Thats why they won. The third task was similar to the first. The teams went to an empty room on Main Street and put on a VERY ugly shirt. The task was to convince every single person in the room to also wear the shirt, and the room had to have at least 2 mickey ears for popularity. The teams each had half an hour to complete the task.

Team 1 was lead in this task by Elara. Prizim Ink employed a similar strategy as the one they used in the first task. They sent out friend requests and had a dance party in the middle of the street. They also started a thread on the forum telling ppl to drop by and promising free shirts to those who came and stayed. Throughout this task, Team 1 was able to get a large group of people to put on the shirts, however, they struggled to keep all these people in the room, and they had problems with new people coming in who were not in the shirts and not very cooperative about wearing them. There was one point very early on in which it appeared they had completed the task, but it was noticed by the judge that one person was wearing the wrong shirt:

Prizim Ink finally finished the task 26 minutes after they had begun. There were 6 people in their room (not including the judges or players) who had the correct shirt on when the task was completed.

Team 2 was headed in this task by CuteHaliey. Disney Dudes used the basically the same techniques: they sent out friend requests, made a dance party, and gave away free shirts. They were at a slight disadvantage: throughout this task Prizim Ink had 5 or 6 members of their team present on Main Street, while Disney Dudes had only 4 team members present. Disney Dudes did not let the drama from the last task or their player shortage eat away at their confidence: they took this task to task, so to say, convincing 8 people to put on the shirts in only 8 minutes! There is no denying they won and a well deserved win it is! Way to go Disney Dudes!

Back at the Board Room, the Disney Dudes learned of their victory (a relief to them after the painful Board Room from the last task). They also found out their reward: a special event with Baby the Pirate! Further detaill on this upcoming event shall be forecoming, keep an eye on this thread for updates.

Next, Prizim Ink went in to see the Donald where they learned of their defeat. They were also informed that a player was fired.

There has been a change, however. Due to some unforseen circumstances, the player that had been fired has been, uh, re-hired. At this time there will be no further communication on the current status of any players. To find out what is going on, you will have to stay tuned for another exciting episode of the The Apprentice/VMK Master where somebody will hear Donald Trunk say "You're Fired!"

The Lobby will be called The Lobby and will be owned by thetitan. He can open it by going in there until a few people go in, and then once even one person is in there you can find it by searching for the room under "The Lobby" or thetitan.

X you need to be a bit more calm. and relize that anyone could have been playing that same game of FireWorks as us. So to blow up on that player was very wrong I think in my mind. He was just wondering what we were doing and seemed to really be interested.

Also telling him to Shut it in the game was not nice.

Ok this was just my opinion. I am still glad to be on Team 2 now. Just kind of had a sour begining even though we won.

Oh well I couldn't come because I had to do something at my school for my mom. I didn't want to go but she made it sound better then not going. I had forgot about the task till like 5 min before I was about to leave so I PM thetitan I very sort message saying I couldn't be there. Sorry I let the team down. Good luck Next Week!

At the end of the third task (as you may remember), Donald Trunk let it be known that there was going to be a plot twist during Task #4. The teams were bewildered, especially when they learned that no players were fired at the end of Task #3. The day started out especially strange as Disney Dudes was asked to attend the Board Room before Prizim Ink. When the nervous Team arrived, Donald informed them of the news: due to the voluntary departure of gligar from the game during the last task, Disney Dudes would be getting a replacement player (due to the fact that as they won the previous task they should have been 1 player up). They soon found out why nobody had been fired from Prizim Ink in the last task: they were getting the opportunity to steal a player from Prizim Ink instead! For this task, Disney Dudes were headed by supergirl. Her first responsibility as team leader was to choose a player for her team from among the ranks of Prizim Ink. She decided to steal one of Prizim Ink's strongest players: Enderz, a very strategic move on her part. After this shake up, Task #4 began.

The fourth task was designed to test the contestants in their ability to access their creativity while under pressure. Each team member was given 10 minutes to compose a new song at The Main Street Music Game. The teams then performed their songs for the night's Guest Judge, Alexander. Alexander judged the songs based on overall creativity, genre (the teams were told to compose rock songs), and musical ability.

While both teams put forth a nice effort and produced some steller new tracks, Alexander was most impressed with the musical stylings of Team 1 ~ Prizim Ink, led in this task by Anne.

Back at the Board Room, Prizim Ink learned of their victory. The Donald commended them on their win, especially as they had started out the task extremely disheartened at the loss of Enderz to Disney Dudes. They learned that their reward for the win would be a special event in Alexander's new Chambers of the Lost puzzle game, the day and time of the reward to be announced.

The Donald then told the Disney Dudes of their defeat. The Donald had no choice but to fire chipfandale based on his attendance record. Chip, the Apprentice staff and your team is sorry to see you go. Thanks for playing.

Task 5 was simple and straightforward: the teams were asked to demonstrate to the Donald their abilities in the Fireworks Game. Each team played one game, and submitted a screen shot to Donald Trunk of their final scores. The team with the highest average score would be declared the winner.

Prizim Ink faced another loss in the Board room. The disappointment was evident. Two players were missing from the team during this task. The Donald randomly chose from those two players. He fired Anne. We will all miss Anne very much, and are glad that she participated as long as she did.

Tonight's task was fairly simple, but allowed for a lot of creativity on the part of the contestants. The task was for the teams to put on 2 skits each. They were to choose 2 of 3 NPCs to use as the inspiration for their skits. The NPCs they chose from were Esmeralda, Ned and the Yeti. They were required to include at least 2 quotes each from their NPCs. For example, if they put on a Yeti skit, they would include at least 2 Yeti quotes, such as "Does this haircut make me look fat?" Donald Trunk was out of town on important business, so Guest Judges were brought in. CL_coolbiscuit, wdwr and SkippyRocks were the evening's Guest Judges. Carol-In was also present.

Team 1 ~ Prizim Ink had a challenging evening. Only 1 player, BlueMickey, showed up for the task. After receiving his instructions, he left to learn his lines and prepare his skits. Another Team 1 player, prepster, showed up for the task. BlueMickey then had to leave suddenly due to a family engagement. This left prepster alone with little time left to prepare his skits. Prepster chose for his first skit to represent Esmeralda.

For being the only member of his team present for the task, prepster did a surprisingly good job. He changed costumes in order to represent different characters, and he successfully completed the quote requirement for both his skits.

Team 2 ~ Disney Dudes was better represented at this task. Three members were present: supergirl, MisterToad and xfan342. For their first scene, Disney Dudes chose to portray the Yeti.

The judges were highly impressed with the skits put on by the Disney Dudes. Although they were, uh, longish, and tended to get a little, erm, confusing at times ;), overall they were inventive, entertaining and somewhat silly. (Which is a good thing!)

Back at the Board Room, the judges deliberated. Although they applauded the effort put in and the difficulty of the one-man show that prepster put on, it was very clear that Team 2 were the victors in this task.

Due to attendance factors, there was no choice but to fire Heartsdown from Team 1. It was a loss that was felt deeply by his team, who are sure to miss his gamesmanship in coming tasks. Thank you for playing so well and so long Hearts!

The challenge was to get people to buy and wear the new Zebra pin at Shrunken Neds!

Team 1 ended up getting 7 pins worn.They were really kind to all the people who came in and spread news of the pin well.

Hi all. Tonight saw another exciting round of the Apprentice/VMK Master! First off, for the first time in the game's history, both teams were asked to come to the Lobby at the same time. George, Carol-In, and Donald Trunk waited in the Board room for the teams. Team 1 ~ Prizim Ink was present and accounted for (all of them: BlueMickey and Elara!). Team 2 ~ DisneyDudes was missing 4 out of 5 players. Mr. Trunk had planned on a twist for the night: the teams would have been broken up and reformed, Team 1 ending up with 3 players and Team 2 with 4 players. Do to the lack of Team 2 players, however, the Donald decided to move the only Disney Dude present to Team 1: and that was Enderz.

For those of you who may be confused, the teams now looked like this:

The planned task for the night was 3 rounds of the POTC game: both teams to face off head to head, and best 2 out of 3 games won would take the task.

In another shocking twist, Donald Trunk decided to have the winners, Team 1, play the POTC game against the judges (George, Carol-In and the Donald himself). While there would be no penalty for them if they lost, Team 1 would be rewarded if they beat the judges by getting to choose which Team 2 member would be fired this week!!!

Tonight's task was designed to show how much each team knows about Disney. The Donald had an emergency meeting in New York involving some real estate, so Carol-In prepared to fly solo and judge the task alone. Mr. Trunk surprisingly made it back from New York in time to watch the task in it's entirety. The task was pretty exciting: both teams competed head-to-head in a Disney Trivia Game Show hosted by Carol-In. The rules were fairly simple. At the beginning of each turn, the Team Leader would chose a member of the audience to spin the green number generator for them. Based on the number produced by the generator, a Disney trivia question would be asked. The questions ranged in difficulty and points awarded: if a 5 was rolled, the queston would be fairly tough. If answer correctly, the team would be awarded 5 points. If a 1 was rolled, the team would be asked a question such as "Name someone who gives you free credits everyday in VMK," and 1 point would be awarded for a correct answer. Each team was allowed 3 life lines in which they could ask a member of the audience for assistance on a question. The teams were given a time limit of 1 minute to answer each question. The first team to reach 30 points would be the winner.

Present for Team 1 ~ Prizim Ink were Elara, this week's Team Leader, and Enderz. Team 2 ~ Disney Dudes was also represented by two players, supergirl who was the Team Leader, and MisterToad.

Both teams did a good job of answering questions. Team 1 pulled ahead in points early on in the game with some high rolls, and Team 2 was never able to catch up. The game ended with Team 1 reaching 30 points, while Team 2 had 16 points.

Back at the Board Room, Mr. Trunk applauded both teams for their mastery of Disney Trivia. He then had the unfortunate job of firing a member of the Disney Dudes. As the only member of Team 2 absent, CuteHailey was the player to be let go from the Apprentice this task. We are very sorry to lose such a fun player. We miss you CuteHaliey!
