Maybe... do you know what was going on inside the room?
Maybe girls just wanted boys not to enter. You might want to give people the benefit of the doubt once in a while.
I'm starting to wonder, with people reading filth into everything they see on VMK, if some people just have dirty minds. This isn't a flame, this is just a question. Do you personally, and yes also the rest of you who are reading this thread, think most things you see on VMK have a filthy undertone?

I'm really starting to wonder. Really. When kids want to play like they have kids, or like they are other people's kids, or when kids want to play like they have a pet, or are a pet, and all I hear on the fan site is how "perverted" it is, I have to wonder what your definition of perverted is.

Like SallySally said it might not be what you think it is. It could just be a girl's hang out room. Maybe you should check the room out before saying its wrong.

People wanting others to be their kids.. or have "familys" or "boyfriends".. its all very natural. You know how little girls take care of their favorite doll? They treat it just like a child and I dont see how that is bad in any way for people on VMK to do the same thing.

Now, on the other hand, there ARE people who take it to far and have "Girls dancing on tables for boys like it is a strip joint, rooms" but I rarely see those.

Everyone thinks how perverted it is to have a "Boyfriend" on VMK and that they should go get a real one or something. Thats the thing, it isn't real. Its a game. "Oh but the children will get exposed to dating!" Yeah, sure, because this will be the first place they EVER hear of this stuff. With all the censors, its perfectly safe for this to happen, with kids around or not. Kids are exposed to worse things everyday in real life that they are a harmless game. So get over it.

I'm going to agree with Bri here (I hope I can call you Bri!).

Kids will be kids. I know a 7 year old whom I babysit a lot. She's all the time acting like some sort of animal. It gets annoying after about 3 days, but I've only had her that long a couple of times! She's a rabbit, then she's a dog, then a cat, then an elephant, then a cat/penguin... she's just playing pretend. Without thinking twice, she'll grab the vacuume cleaner and play house with the stuffed animals being her husband/boyfriend/kid whatever. Then, she'll switch to coloring while being a snake. At 7 years old, she's already had at least 3 "boyfriends". One was where her grandparents live, and the other two were in school (kindergarten and first). She even made a fort in my living room once that was "No Boys Allowed", so my boyfriend (microbless) had to watch tv from the other side of the room!

Kids have always been more mature than we currently think of them as being. In previous centuries, children worked hard labor starting as early as 5 and 6, and they were married by 12 and 13. Spinster ages were about 25!

Again, if you don't like it, don't go in there. If you don't agree, go elsewhere. It's probably not as bad as you think anyway.

OMG! Thank you so much! I thought I was alone, see the other day I got in trouble for saying that I was okay with all this and people should ignor it but it's nice to see someone else agree.

Albiet the minority, we are still in a free country and allowed to express our opinions. I'm always glad to meet someone else who shares a similar point of view.
