it is not a matter of what you wrote when applying to be a community leader, it is the fact of your actions, what you do in and outside of VMK to help other players get though problems, and imporve their VMK experience.

Well I don't think people are going to post there application but that's not just it. You need to be helpful in the kingdom also.
