I have been trying for a few weeks now to log into VMK game and I contacted them twice and of course no one got back to me. Here is the problem... a few weeks ago around Thanksgiving I had to reformat my computer because of virus and ever since then I can't log in. I downloaded the shockwave 10 but still won't let me log in. The first error message is about DIRECTOR PLAYER ERROR and its about XTRAS and not reading them right or something along those lines. I'm really fustrated can anyone help me??? I WANT TO PLAY... I have cable modem, Windows XP and my computer is only two years old. I hope someone can help thank you. :mickey2: :xmas22: :xmas12:

i got that error before.. and sad to say it did not go away till i did a total reformat of the harddrive and re download everything

but this happened because I reformated my computer... maybe something isn't set right... I'm so upset and of course they don't contact you back!

ill be willing to tell the site jk i will never tell that site

its not VMK though.. it is your computer.. might have to try the reformat again
