I can make avatars and sigs that are really flashy!!! (Like my avatar) These are great if you want to get revenge on someone and are trying to kill their eyes. Note: If you use soft colors, it won't blind you!
Tell me colors, words etc. Best results when only colors and words are used, however I can also put in pics. If you want a picture: POST THE PICTURE HERE!!! I can't put the picture in if I don't have it.

To find the size of your picture: Open paint. Adjust the drawing area to the size you want it. Click Image -> Attributes. Pick the option for pixels. Post the numbers you see in those boxes!
