everytime i try and log on it becomes a black screen no updating or anything! any1 know how to fix it?(it was fine like 5 minutes ago)

I am in same boat as you can not get into it

if you have firefox try using that it worked for me.

everytime i use my firefox it says need plug ins

well get the plugins that is shockwave and all you have to download it again

oh i tried and it doesn't work with firefox either! :(

whenever i try to log on it says attampt refused when trying to connect to vmk.com and i restarted it and even cleaned up my comp and it still wont work

hmm can't help you. Mine kept freezing up every time I went to one of the river workshops so I stopped trying

My vmk wont work either. The log in screen is not black mine is all white.

I tried IE and Firefox and neither one worked. Thought it was my computer! thanks!:xmas24:

hmm my friend got it he said just shut down the computer for like 5 mins then re try and it worked
