I would really like to see these new rooms, anyone have a picture... anyone at all? :/

I don't have a picture, the only new rooms I've seen are the briar patch and EE. They know the H Hotel and AK Lodge exists because someone apparently found them registered in the vmk database.
But I too would like to see a picture :)

I like the idea of the briar patch... but as for hotels... lets think about this for a sec... it would only encourage bf/gf stuff..

Animal Kingdom room hasn't yet been shown to public

I can't wait till the Animal Kingdom room opens...

It's hard to believe that with all these Animal Kingdom items in VMK, that there may not be a quest for that park?... Maybe they're changing their minds...

VMK has specified us to not lead anyone there, so I won't link you but I'll tell you a bit more about this. Every site has a code. This code is a .txt file that contains some of the information of a site. In VMK's case, there's a specific .txt file that lists all items, all options (including moderator options) and other stuff. You can try it with Fan Site if you want, here's the way:
