I was wondering whether anyone else has had problems using the Contact VMK at the bottom of their front page to give them feed back (like adding dictionary words).

3/4 of the time, it doesn't recognize my email / b-day at all (but this might be when they are doing system maintenance, while the VMK is closed). But sometimes, I get in, enter all my suggestions, but when I try to submit it, an error is reported.

Conceivably, this is because I'm on a Mac, and possibly Shockwave isn't 100% compatible on multiple platforms.

I also get moderately frequent (say 1 in 4) crashes at the end of the Pirates game, after a battle is completed.

Just wondering.

Yes this happens to me It never knows my data and I get the eror mesage to I hope this gets fixed

ya i have so many bugs to report its not funny but i can't report them -_- and thats a way that they won't get fixed

I told CM_bambi that the bug report page wasn't working, so we couldn't report bugs. Asked her to forward the message along. :)

I wish there was a Ingame Button that allows you to send Bug reports, yes i understand Cast Members are supposed to assist you, but i think it would be easier to just send bugs through a e-mail. then have to wait for a CM> however these Cast Members when on are very reliable.

lol! Just keep trying! This happened to me so many times, I was ready to scream. I just kept trying, waiting a while in between tries, and I have been able to contact them several times.

Yes I have played games like this I think it is a good idea

I have found that after you enter your information in the contact thing, if you click somewhere out of a place where you type information and than you click the submit (or whatever it says) button it works better
