To expand on what PinkTinkBrit said, the Yellow Princess Dress was sold at the very first VMK event. The Pink Princess Dress was sold at the Room Competition Event (Pin Trading). The Blue Dress was sold at the Costume Event. These were all re-sold together and then removed from stores. If you wish to obtain a dress, trade would be the best way to get one now.
