I'm going to DL next week (I was supposed to go yesterday) and I want to know what the tour is, exactly. I know it's three hours, and I heard that they backdoor you on some rides. Could somebody give me some real details?

you go on the thunder mountian railroad, haunted mansion and jungle cruise and theres trivia questions and the tour times are 11:00,1:00.5:00

^So they backdoor you on Haunted Mansion, Thunder Mountain, and Jungle Cruise? Thanks.... that should make my day easier.

Actually the tour is at 1:00 and 4:30 although they like you to show up half an hour ahead of time.

Last time I heard Disneyland's tours are at 1:30 and 5:30-ish. And they request your presence at VMK Central a half hour before the tour...meaning arrival times at 1:00 and 5:00. I took the 1:00 tour. Be aware that the tour will last about 2 and a half to 3 hours if you decide to put in some VMK time at Innoventions.

The tour is a wonderful time. You get backdoored at Jungle Cruise (a private boat so the tour guide can ask trivia questions and you can win some VMK stuff), Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (You get the chance to win a BTMRR Teleporter if you pay attention during the ride), and the Haunted Mansion (the Haunted Mansion quest for a total of 7 possible items!).

At the end of the Haunted Mansion we hopped on the train from New Orleans Square and went back to Tomorrowland and hopped through the exit of Innoventions to a roped off computer bank with VMK open. We were running late so we didn't see the slideshow, (it was July 16, complete madness all over the park) but I'd expect that you'll see it.

Friends of mine have been on the tour at different times, some at 4:30, some at 5pm, so they may be trying different times.

And definitely stay for the slide show if you can because after it they give you the card w/ code for the gold edition of the "game show" items (turnstile, score board, etc)

I went on the tour when it was first available and it was only two hours... I wonder what I missed. But still, it was great fun and we got to see some "sneak peeks" of what the Frontierland on VMK will look like. I think the tour guide said that it and Tomorrowland open in December. Oh, plus if you go on the tour you get to wear awesome earpieces that make you feel like you're in the secret service!
