I've noticed a few bugs in the awarding of points in games.

For instance, I'll be playing the Pirates game with a group of people, and I'll see a certain player firing lots of shots and making lots of hits. When the points board comes up at the end of each round, however, that player will have 0 points credited to them, as if they just sat there the whole time and did nothing. What's that all about?

Also, when I was playing the fireworks game earlier, the final scoreboard said I had a total of 201408 points. http://img287.echo.cx/img287/2738/2014086kx.jpg (http://www.**************)

Now, it didn't really make much of a difference in my case, but if I'd have had a top score (yeah right! lol) I would have wanted the higher number.

What bugs? (bad pun, sorry.)

I notice that I usually don't get many points in the pirate game, certainly not as many as show up while I'm shooting other ships.

We may need to check the scoring of that game. We would need 8 players, to eliminate the uncontrollable 'puter ships.

Well, I'm in. Warning, though: I'm awful at that game! ;) Let me know when and where to meet up. We should proably meet in one of the alternate game rooms, they always seem to be empty.

Although this bug (and post) is quite old, it still hasn't been fixed. I managed a score of 255k and only got my credits for getting over 200k. I had taken a screenshot, but managed to mess that up between the game and pasting. Yay! for the village idiot.

i notice on pirates that the total team score is divided by the amount of team players. that may be moot point. :pirate:

has anyone noticed a bump up in scoring? :goofy:

that bug would really bite if you were entitled to game pins and top score credits! :pirate:

The same thing happened to me on fireworks!! I was so excited that I had finally scored over 270k, the scoreboard comes up and says I only have 262k. I was so upset.
