Yea though the problem is you can play since day one and they still say you are not ready..

ive played for... 5 months? well month it opened not in beta

I am guessing it is hours racked up or such.

I think it's not when you started playing, but how often you do.

I've heard of people from day 1 who (for whatever reason) weren't able to play VMK for a month and they were rejected because of that.

There is a reason they said that. Either your application was not good enough, or you got some of the answers wrong.

Perhaps you answered the questions incorrectly, or took a break like me. I got that answer in the summer when I applied.

If you were banned also, that may have been their response to that. Sorry this happened to you!

Maybe they say that because they've reviewed you and don't think you've been helping out at all when you were on vmk. Not saying you weren't, just a theory!

well when I applied right now it said eeror technical problem so I do not kjnow what it is!

I waited for 2 hours and I didn't realize that I already got the questions :Tongue: It's under VMK Mailman or something

You will probably have to wait a few days until you get an answer. There are many applications, some just spam. Those who get the questions may write long lengthy answers. Just be patient, you will get a respond eventually ;)

Couple things.

If you've ever been banned you CAN'T be a community leader unless they lift your ban...

also, keep in mind there's a TON of you sending in apps. it takes that poor machine awhile to mail the questions.

It's NOT a matter of how good your ap is. You could send in a message saying "I'd like to be a leader please. I think i'd be good at it." and they'd send you the questions if they think you've been on long enough.

Time on the game also refers to the mini games they have...maybe you have to get certain scores or something...? or have a certain amount of cash or items... you know, be well established instead of being one of those people who runs around going "omg inferno plz" or "are u taken" and such (Not saying this is you!! :) cracking a joke!!)

So, who knows at this point. Just keep trying and do your best to be the greatest VMK player you know you are. :)

i too posted my application and i'm one of those people that did lengthy answers lol but i've had no feedback from vmk yet so they must be taking my application into consideration, like other people have said be patient lol i am and yet i've been waiting for like 2 hours!

how do you find out anyway do they send an email back to you or through your vmk account?

It will be from 3 days to a week. VMK staff are not superheros (contrary to popular belief)

lol sleepypiglet funny, well for me i have played vmk since about a couple of days after beta closed and i applied like in august and it said i was ready so idk

lol, im one of those people with the lengthy answers. 1 college sized paragraph per part of each question. i think it ended up being 11 paragraphs? Ya, well last time I applied I tried the short, sweet, and to the point answers. This time I decided to go into detail. At least they cant say I dont know every detail of every question they asked this time.....hehe. I do feel sorry for who has to read it though.

and the first time i applied it said i needed to spend more time in the game first. I have been here since day one and signed on to the game every single day since i signed up and average 1-3 hrs a day sometimes as much as 8hrs a day. I had been a member for like 3 months as of the time i applied and they said i needed to spend more time so i think the system is weird whatever it is...

If you use AOL you may not get your questions or other VMK stuff. It was posted elsewhere that people the last time did not get their questions. They reapplied using hotmail or gmail and got their questions. At sweeping sites I have heard the same complaints about AIL. Go to a Disney site and change your email address there.

I got no reply but I waited until after business hours. At least the questions were easy for me.

What you are receiving is a standardize form used for rejects. It does not mean you are not here long enough, it means you got to work on something else like manners, site knowledge, and a good reputation with staff and other players.

This might be because of behavior or age.

Not the hours you've spent on VMK. It says the same thing to me, and I know I have gotten banned twice for 2 hours each. It's hard to know you might not be accepted, talk to a Staff and maybe they can lift your ban/s
