Can someone tell me how you find testers? I found Yavn for a while in the Space Mountain Guest Room when those didn't exist yet. I went into his room probably 8 different nights yet he was never there. Can you all please tell me how you find them?

I would like to make my own tester report. Yes SoarinSoarin has done this but I just feel the way he sets up his guide is kind of confusing and I think I can do a good job with this. So once I learn how I will deliver very good reports I promise. If possible I will make seperate reports for each tester.
