i dont think so, maybe the concept drawing, but not the logo!
and yes, there is a real Space Mountain: Mission 2 in Paris, and there is no plan to change any of the others to contain loops or anything (well... i hope)
great find though!

The first sketch is a concept sketch drawn by Imagineer John Hench.
The second is the logo of Space Mountain: Mission 2 at Disneyland Paris.

The original Paris Space Mountain was very heavily based on the Jules Verne book "From the Earth to the Moon", which involved people being shot to the moon in a cannon. The theming is all done in Verne style, and the queue is based on the club that does this mission in the book. That is the story behind the cannon you see in the picture, and an induction motor is what shoots you off to start the ride (the same technology used, for example, in Rockin Roller Coaster at the beginning).
The "mission 2" makeover removed some of this storyline, putting the theming more into the future and adding new special effects.
