"Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them, and you have their shoes." - Frieda Norris
(lol, I think this one is hilarious, but you shouldn't follow it because it's not that good to do that, heh.)
"Nothing is too wonderful to be true." - Michael Faraday
"Inspiration can vanish as quickly as it comes. Don't blow it." - Ryan Seacrest

Dr.Kumquatt 11-29-2005, 04:37 AM Here are mine.
Even the tallest tower begins with the first stone.
If I had the power to remake the world..ah, but that is folly. (you have to think really hard to get a meaning for that one)
One clear example is worth more than a warehouse full of inscribed clay tablets.
There is no city of gold.
You can't please everyone but, if you hold the routes of trade and hold the world at its throat, it matters less
Every detail--the bending of a branch, the shift in the path of a bird is significant to the wise man (or woman in this case)
If you haven't noticed these are all quotes from famous world leaders in history, some of these may be a touch unrelevant but if you look at the core meaning everybody can get something from these.
Doc
