hi i am making a policy about old threads

sometimes while i am looking on the fan site like maybe there is something cool happening. then there is like http://www.vmkforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11931 so this causes clutter. clutter happens wen this happens because like they could have no point, the event has passed, this bug is fixed, this had already happened, OLD. eventualy you could get a warning. plz when you see a thread like this
