I agree. I've had an account since late May, yet I am still not able to apply.

I had my account for over a month and didn't get the more time in the kingdom message until a few days ago.

i'm on vmk alot except the part when my mom says take a break

I'm still quite confused about this. The Developers told us (or someone else...) a while back that it's not an hour-by-hour basis. I'm thinking it's being on VMK for at least 3 hours a day for about 30 days. So maybe a total of 90 hours over a gestation period of 90 days.

Maybe the others who could apply for CL on the June 23 could back me up on this idea!

I heard a friend who is a CL say it takes about the time a moon takes to get from a phase back to it again which is a bout a month (i think) but what i want to know is how long it takes to accept u
