Where do you teleport to when u use it?

Not that I have the teleportation pin, but from what I've asked and observed of the people who do, the answer is: anywhere you want, that is not behind obstacles.

Feel free to correct me if you know better.

Sorry, perhaps I misunderstand your question. You mean the teleportation magic pin, right? If so:

You teleport *within* a room, and can select where you pop back out. So basically, you can move across a room, but not from one room to another.

And based on what someone once said (as I mentioned, I don't have this pin), you can NOT teleport past room dividers that would prevent you from walking to the target destination.

On the other hand, since you maintain the same direction you were previously facing, you CAN teleport to a spot with your back to a wall, and face a direction that nobody else can reach without teleportation magic.

Simple, activate it and when you try to move you character into another place it teleports you there
