If you had not already noticed all the updates on VMK one of the newer ones is that Shrunken Ned moves. He used to just stay in one place but now his head (which is pretty much his whole body) sways from side to side. But he still says the same dumb jokes. :banghead:

It has been like that for a while. At least sometimes. All the characters move, but Ned seems to be the one which has the most broken animation.
