There is a bug in VMK right now where you cannot chat. Anything you say flashes, this includes like just saying hi or something. So you can only use "!", "?", "." and stuff. Don't know if they're going to fix it. Lets hope they do!

I have a question? How can some players can say anything and others can not. For Example: Toon Town vs. Tune Town. I can not say Toon on VMK while I have seen others that can. Any Ideas?

I am almost positive Toon is not allowed by anyone, however make sure you check everyday because they said New words are added daily. So maybe one day it filtered and the other it passed through.

I know, It can't be that it is filtered one day, becouse me and my frieds will try to chat about toontown, some can say it toontown, while I have to typeit out tune town. It's quite annoying......

Make sure that you aren't talking to a CM. I noticed that they are able to say things that players cannot.
