I use MS Paint for simple things, Notepad to code things, and PSP9 to do more harder images(and screenshots).

Bezoar 07-09-2005, 01:19 PM what do you mac users use?
It's probably overkill, but I own Adobe Photoshop Elements, so that's what I use. It was useful for removing the Yoda who used to be in my avatar.
For work image processing, I may end up upgrading to the real Photoshop, which will definitely be overkill.
Mickey_Dude 07-09-2005, 01:24 PM I only have Paint lol
snuggie 07-09-2005, 01:29 PM Bezoar I have the imac G5---is that what you have??
I can already fo alot with iphoto and idvd/movie--need some enhancement--just seeing what my options are--I will look into it--I guess I need to make a trip to the apple store!! :)
FlyThenFall 07-09-2005, 01:44 PM Sadly, I'm stuck with my Adobe Photo Deluxe software. It's fine for basic stuff...yet I'm having problems getting it's masks and effects working seamlessly like Photoshop! I must get my copy of Photoshop back from my cousin who was "borrowing" it for the weekend!
Forwalt 07-09-2005, 01:57 PM Photoshop 7.0 and Dreamweaver MX here
ni_teach 07-10-2005, 02:49 AM I know that a lot of you use paint shop pro--
I use PhotoShop.
Wynsome 07-10-2005, 03:31 AM Photoshop user. Yeah, it's completely unneccessary, but I have it around, so I use it.
For those looking for free programs, GIMP is another available. I've never tried GIMP, but I've heard wonderful things about it. I've also seen some absolutely gorgeous graphics. I do believe it's available for Unix, Mac and Windows operating systems.
SuperGurl 07-10-2005, 03:42 AM I use PhotoShop right now.

iMac G5 at home / PowerBook G4 back and forth between home and work
And when nobody's looking, at work there are also 2 Windows machines that have shockwave installed... (Can't install anything on the others, or would get in serious trouble if I tried.)
Any Mac OS X users have ANY idea what can be used for animated gif's?
snuggie 07-10-2005, 01:43 PM Not sure Bezoar---
I received my cool tinkerbell at Dis from a friend--I never made it to the imac store yesterday--maybe today. I will try to remember to ask! We have a great team at our mall.
I have transfered that tink to appleworks and have made it smaller etc. . .
