What does this mean? I got on and picked a character, then tryed to use a name for him, but when I clicked next, it wouldn't do anything. So I tryed to close it and log back in, but then this message appeared. Please help!

first of all, how do you get a second charectar, and second, you can't go on, this is its closing time.

Another thing: I went to the help section of the site, and you have to put in your username and birthdate, and it says that is wrong. I'm sure it was the info I put in...

I'm not sure, just keep trying, or send a bug report in.
