I logged on lastnight (or tried too..)

and if I did it wrong the first few times.. I doubt I would
do it wrong every other time after. Also.. My browser
has the login/pass saved in, so everytime before I just
had to type the first letter.. and PRESTO my login info
was there already. :)

SweepHunter 10-20-2005, 10:21 PM If you were banned they would still have a record of your account. Hand type in your information and let us know what happens. Watch out for capital lock as that has happened as well as the space bar.

MrGenie 10-20-2005, 10:29 PM This is a longshot, but since your info comes up automatically when you type in the first letter, try typing it in manually again on the outside chance that you accidentally saved a version with a typo (this has happened to me).

i loggedonto vmk this morning with no problems. Now i cannot log into my account. It says the same thing. It does not recognize my email or password. I can't even message vmk because it does not recognize my info. Wat to do! Wat to do! Last time i had a problem, vmk responded four months later when it wasn't a problem anymore. I feel for u. If anyone can help, please let me know everything i have earned and saved is on that account. My name is piratemum :(

CDNJonnie let me know if vmk contacts you. I cannot contact them. It says my log in name does not match anything in there data. I have no way to contact them. let me know if you can. thanks, piratemum

Use Parent/guardian - you can contact them thru there.

Stunt 11-10-2005, 04:09 PM This may help. The same thing happened to me.
Before that happened were you on another Disney related sight (Like Disney.COM or Herbie the Movie Website.)
If so they are all related and you may have signed into that site and accidentaly changed your name and password. Do you remembe if you've logged into any other Disney sites recently.
