I just wanted to invite everyone to come and try my new game. The name of the room is The Original Mystery Photo Race. The game consists of three players going through teleporters to my other room to look at the pictures hanging on the walls. One photo in the room will have me in it. Once you find the picture, figure out what VMK area it was taken in and come back and tell me, i.e. in one picture I am standing next to the Yeti, so the answer would be Matterhorn. It is important to note that the photo room is a pirate prison room, but pirate prison is not the answer, neither is photo room. The first person with the right answer gets a prize. This game is not all about speed, as you must also get the answer right. Between the start room and the photo room is a room of teleporters designed to further even out everyone's chances. Two of the coffins lead to the last room, all the others lead back to start or to another coffin in the middle room. My VMK name is graymancp.

I remember you playing twice and I appreciate the compliment.
It got a little crazy there for a while and I have tried to make some changes to improve the game, including a different queuing set-up. I will probably be open for business just after VMK opens, if I can get my homework done.

Cool! Can I play again? I would love to play again if you improved or changed something :). I like trying different versions..

I've played Grayman's game a few times each time it gets better and better as he works the bugs out. He has put a lot of thought into how this game will be and has been open to suggestions from the "peanut gallery" on how it may run smoother.

I have made some changes, including putting the rules on the wall to cut down on the typing and resulting downtime. Best time to catch this game is weekday mornings. Hope to see everyone soon.

I had to abandon Malificent's charming room due to the odd entrance angle and switch to yet another Skull Rock room. The line however is now more manageable with less opportunities to have players run in before their turn. The rules are currently in a photo album to cut down on typing and pictures on the walls in main room. I also eliminated the extra set of dead-end teleporters.
I ran about ten rounds today and only lost my connection once, versus three complete rounds the other day while losing my connection eight times.
Hopefully, it was my changes that helped to reduce server stress or maybe it is just luck, but whatever, the game is improved and working again. Please come give it a try.

can u open it like around 4pm eastern time i at my dads house and he doesnt have vmk so i can play your game i had the same idea to but things got a little crazy and a staff came in my room telling me to close the game (one day their was a 50 sumtin wait and thats when a vmk staff came to my room telling me to close bc he said in a couple of rooms people where ''disapearing'' from loss of connection from to much ppl in my room bc i lost conection a couple of times and when i went everyone in line went into my room so i could get in let me tell ya 1 word CHAOS) this was just a warning ok this may not happen for this happened in beta days

I have dramatically changed the game, by adding at least twelve pairs of dummy teleporters to an intermediate staging room. The purpose of this change was to cut down on the player sitting in front of the right teleporter always winning. Also, it allowed me to change to a single photo room, meaning less room entering and leaving and less photo moving for me during the game. The downside is a slightly longer wait. I think it makes the game more enjoyable, but would love to hear feedback from everyone.

just removed my own whining

Ok, I think I have had a break through on the problem with me getting disconnected in my game. I ran several rounds tonight and never lost my connection. If I am right, I should be running the game Friday morning and maybe Saturday night depending on the response. Everyone please show up and try my game, I am very proud of it and think it is a fun and challenging game.

The game will be up momentarily if anyone is interested.

Is it open now? I'm going to try it.
