Futures little hint or a conseident(sp) daisypaws 10-19-2005, 02:23 AM they also have the cruise ship and i believe the tree on the left side is supposed to be the tree of life from Animal Kingdom. Appleson 10-19-2005, 02:31 AM wow, never noticed the cruise ship before. also if you wait for a few seconds, you will see the Cali Adv. monorail in the Golden Gate Bridge NaviMap 10-19-2005, 02:33 AM Click on the "i" button when you are in that room. You may find the wording of the room description very interesting Appleson 10-19-2005, 02:34 AM hmm, i should try that right now 4EverDisneyLuver 10-19-2005, 02:45 AM wow that is interesting. Hmm.. makes you wonder. :donald: Xucid 10-19-2005, 03:07 AM ha this was pointed out on day it opened. it makes you think will VMK become VDW or VDL or VDC? that way in VDW could include all 4 parks (animal kingdom MGM epcot and Magic Kingdom) now VDL would be different because they dont call the main park magic kingdom do they... if they did VDL could include both parks (Callifornia Adventure and "Magic Kingdom") VDC could includ the cruise. all of course would have to be inner tranferable so that all furniture and stuff transfers between each world. how cool would it be to chill by the pool on the cruise or hang our in spaceship earth. or even go on a real saffari (SP) in the Animal Kingdom. you could also hangout with the disney stars in MGM (now wouldnt that be cool) and find some friends in california adventure. just think of the possibilities. MysteryDude 10-19-2005, 03:08 AM Can someone post what the room info says? Thx Iknowyou 10-19-2005, 10:34 AM and maybe there could be like exclusive guest rooms in each park, and there would be hundreds of new items to buy :) Supernova08 10-19-2005, 03:51 PM ...now VDL would be different because they dont call the main park magic kingdom do they... if they did VDL could include both parks (Callifornia Adventure and "Magic Kingdom")... Well the thing is, VMK is really composed of elements from the WDW Magic Kingdom Park and from the original Disneyland Park. As far as I know, they have never really refered to Disneyland as "Magic Kingdom", but since they decided to call the the game "Virtual Magic Kingdom" they could mean the entire Disney Kingdom rather than just refering to the one MK Park. For example, many of the buildings in VMK are from the Disneyland resort like the Sleeping Beauty Castle instead of Cinderella's Castle and the Matterhorn. And there are also some WDW-only things, like the Street Party Music Game which really mimics Disney World's Downtown Disney Pleasure Island. But the fact of the matter is, the designers made VMK very ambiguous when it came to which park to model it after. They did not include Crittery Country, New Orleans Square, or Mickey's Toontown (all of which are Disneyland only lands), nor did they include Liberty Square or Mickey's Toontown Fair (which are WDW-only lands). Either way, I'm not really sure if they would add in new parks simply because VMK does not resemble a certain park. I'm only guessing they put in backgrounds of California Adventure, Epcot, and MGM Studios because they don't want to label VMK as either from Disneyland or Walt Disney World, so they add elements from both coasts :) .:Adam:. 10-19-2005, 04:27 PM http://i4.****************/albums/y113/adzsite/vmk_.jpg Here you go... Xucid 10-19-2005, 04:51 PM see future virtual parks now that is awesome! Monorail Red 10-19-2005, 05:06 PM now VDL would be different because they dont call the main park magic kingdom do they... . Actually it is called the "Magic Kingdom of Disneyland" :wave2: MrGenie 10-19-2005, 05:14 PM For what it's worth, Yavn briefly commented on this issue back in July over here, where he said: Remember that VMK is part of all the Disney Magic Kingdoms! Emakla 10-19-2005, 08:39 PM I'm no expert on the issue, but I recall from a tour that the guide mentioned after the two lands were finished, they were working on an Animal Kingdom quest. Maybe that means it will begin the start of the Animal Kingdom park? Middiebear 10-21-2005, 06:51 PM Actually it is called the "Magic Kingdom of Disneyland" :wave2: No it's not... When the word "Magic Kingdom" is used when referring to the Disneyland park in California, or any other Disneyland (fill in city)... it's used as an Adjective... It describes the Disneyland park as being a Magic Kingdom... Magic Kingdom park in the Walt Disney World resort Florida, is a Noun and not an adjective... It's the only "Disneyland" type park where that word is not used as an adjective... but rather the official park name... and a registered trade mark...:mickey2: |
