I do believe this board uses the BB Code for images instead of the HTML code. It's would be the [ img ] [ / img ] tag ur trying to use ;)

.. about that, it's because photobucket resizes images over 250K and if u take a screenshot such as that and save it as .bmp - it's most likely over 250K in image size ;)
