I just had an Idea I wanted to get out there and I'm sure most of you have thought of it.

There should be trick or treating in VMK on Halloween, the catch is only certain people have the treats(something small like a pin)Made the npc's can have them I don't know i haven't thought out all the bugs. Just tell me what you think and be rough.:)

sounds cool, It'd bee cool if they had the big halloween balloon above each of the places you can get stuff and just have a worker dressed up there and a little line (like in the real parks when they do it)
