The sorcerer ears have a higher value when speaking about rarity. But when we speak about demand, we have a long discussion and I might say that they are at the same demand value, but if you want to add a bit of logic to the trade, be sure that the person who has sorcerer ears gets more than the person with seagull ;)

Technically, both. But Space Suit might be in higher demand than any of those two, so a good trade would be Space Suit for Seagull Hat or Space Suit and something else for Sorcerer Ears

Speaking of rare, it will always be rare after this weekend, since it will be retired.

You should always try to give value to the stuff by demand, if you just rate them for rarity, you would be asking a lot for something that might not even deserve it. The Master Gracie Pin will, or is, rare, but its demand is low but it will be growing with time..

No it is not. Since you can get the Seagull Hat from the Pirates Quest, while you can no longer get the Sorcerer Ears other than trade

Yes, it is rarer than Space Suit, since for the Space Suit you have to play a game, which is hard though. But skilled players can get as many as they can and trade them, while for the Seagull Hat you have to take a tour and you are able to get codes once every 90 days.
