Why is it that people are giving so much things for the herbie stuff when it is coming out on the 25th??
So that they can have stuff before it coms out because they want to be looked at as some sort of authority figure, and think that uavailable stuff is the answer.

It is still going to be rare, not everybody can afford to buy the dvd to get the stuff.

Wrong its not going to be rare after the movie comes out because its going to be for sale and many people are going to get it

yes that is exactly what i mean people will have it all around vmk so it will be pointless to trade all ur rare stuff for an item that is coming out but if the item was not going to be available i would understand!!

Actually, the Herbie stuff is going to be "uncommon*" since you have to find specially marked DVD boxes in order to get the VMK code for the stuff.

* = Order of items.

Common (stuff you can buy from the store)
Uncommon (stuff you get as a prize from a game or quest)
Rare (stuff you can only get once and only once)

Danola is wrong herbie wont be rare it will be out on dvd so it wont be rare many people will be buying it

so ppl i dont know why most ppl give so much of the retired and hard stuff to get because when the herbie stuff does come out they will feel srry they traded all their rare stuff and i know from experience

yes but the ppl that play vmk will try to buy the dvd to get the codes because they are aware of the merchendise

alot of people will be purchasing the dvd to get the excuslive herbie stuff, this is true. however, i will not be purchasing it. i did not like the fact that it was a remake, with same plot just updated, and i will not be wasting my money on it, i will simply be trading for the items, as alot of people that want the items will be doing.

fact is, it will still be a rare outfit. nothing like space suit [was before the blast off game] but still alot more rare than the divers / explorers

that is right. I mean ppl, the dvd will be here till who knows! I mean my dad has a 1935 movie he watching right now. He got it at a store. It will be here untill vmk is gone.

Alot of people will not get the DVD. My guess is only 1/8 of VMK will get it.

Much like how people threw away their Wanted Poster code after buying their photo from Splash Mountain in WDW. It wouldn't surprise me if that was the case with the herbie stuff.

Actually you are wrong, as Alexander said it has to be specially marked DVD's, and also not everyone can buy, also most parents will rent the DVD instead of buying it because some parents think buying is a waste.

But I do think it is a waste for people to be trading green flips and infernos for it but maybe they don't care. But I do agree what Danola that people are most likely wanting them because they want to feel superior in a way

nice well like all of u probably are i will hit target or walmart not to buy the dvd but to see if anybody has dropped anycodes on the floor i think it is a good idea so then u d ont have to buy the dvd just for the codes

I think that's because most of the cards up until now have all been printed in English, so unless Disney is willing to spend the extra bucks to translate and print them into several thousand different languages, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

There are Video Stores that will sell this movie early.

There is a Walgreens, in Orlando that is NOTORIUS for releasing DVDs a week before the legal street day.
I got The Pacifer a week early.

Sometimes the Disneyana Store on Main Street at WDW put the movies out early by a few days.

I got the Mickey Mouse Club DVD on a Saturday, it officialy came out on Tuesay, three days later, so watch for it ealry in small stores.

They won't. I mean, they haven't yet, and the Kelloggs promotion for magic pins is about to end. Or at least it should have ended.

Then again, the codes are right here on the forum, so who knows how they are going to handle the Herbie stuff. I seriously doubt it will be in the stores.

BTW This Herbie movie is NOT a remake like was said earlier. It is a new movie.

in my opinion when the herbie movie comes out it will be as rare as a VMK account
