its the best ride at dca besides soaring..and it just re-opened yesterday night if you didnt know lol.

Probably one of the most solidly designed roller coasters I have ever been on. The launch on the water is excellent...and you really can't beat the airtime when you're in the back of the coaster train. Add that to a solidly composed soundtrack (I really love the segues between the carnival and rock and roll themes, and the ending) you have one of the very best coasters I have ever experienced.

It's too bad that the queue is so plain, for one of DCA's landmark attractions...it really ought to have been a queue on par with maybe Roger Rabbit? I was envisioning a cool "fun house" design or at least a California seaside pier history museum. Something more interesting than switchbacks!!

Anyways...I really do like the coaster experience. It's an AMAZING coaster!

that's like the best ride there! it was so fun and i always ride it whenever i visit (even though i've only visited the park only once! mostly go to DL). but i do agree about the entrance being kinda plain. but i've gotta say the best time to ride it is at night. that's when it seems much faster!

lol, i was driving to work, saw the coaster go by, was like "weird, maybe they are testing it......wait theres people on it! COOL!"

it re-opened on, uh, friday i think. yup yup.

I <3 that ride....maybe its the launch...or the loop shaped like mickey mouse??
Beats me but its sure does give me a sense of excitement!!

Screaming is so kool but i have been on it about 30 times. I like though.The Tower o Terror is Better to me.

i used to love screamin, but i was at DCA the day after the park opened. it was a grave yard. nobody there. even worse than normal! that was before the days of park hopper tickets and when you had to upgrade ur pass to go to both parks. plus everyone thought it would be crowded so they didnt go.

anyways, i walked on to that ride 14 times in a row. after that i just got over it lol.
