i'm a little bored, and i just got the game, Animal Crossing: City Folk, and i wanna explore other peoples towns, and get some fruit... so if anyone is interested, PM me with your info (Friend code, name, town) and ill send you back mine so we can visit eachothers towns!

Also, feel free to talk about and post tips for the game!


My tips:

HOW TO GET GOLDEN TOOLS:
Golden shovel: burry a shovel, and dig it up 4 days later
Golden watering can: get a "perfect town" for 15 days
Golden Axe: Throw your axe in the fountain (dont ask me how to get a fountain cuz im not sure how i got mine lol)
Golden fishing rod: catch every species of fish
Golden net: Catch every species of insect
Gold slingshot: shoot down 8 balloons and a golden slingshot will be in one of the presents (after u have shot down 8)

I don't have it, yet. It seems quite fun.

It's alot of fun, although it is alot like the other animal crossing games.... (except for the city part)

I will probably get it from my aunt and uncle for Christmas and, if I know them well, Wii speak will be coming with it.

OMG I WANT IT SO BAD! I have animal crossing wild world, awesome game but i got everything so i gave it up. But if i can talk to my friends, and earn new stuff, and stil go on wi-fi it would be sososososo cool! :D
I wonder if they still have fruits and if they do i wonder if they had new ones

Do you have Animal Crossing Wild World? I can play that.

To get a fountain, you must donate 500,000 coins to the town. The one fruit they have added is bannanas, but that is a rumor, on animal-crossing.com, you can read the calender see stories and explore the new places. I have this game myself and enjoy it. Every person has a house and these houses are seperated greatly. As well, the able sisters and nookingtons are seperated. The characters as I know are the same as the DS game. You can go to the town, the shops are: GracieGrace (a high end clothing and furniture store $$$), The Auction house, HRA, Marquee, Redds Corner, Shampoodle, Katrinas Fortune Telling place, Kicks shoe color stand, and Resetti's surveillence center.

RSC is only on various days are 8:00pm. Ont he far right tunnel below katrina's shop, at this time, the cones will not be there and you can go into the surveillence center. (There are NO specific days)

My brother is getting it for Christmas (I think) and maybe me too (it may be a joint gift...) I have both gamecube and he DS version lol but I haven't played in awhile.
Do you still collect animal pictures? I loved that part!
It sounds really fun! Its so cool how they have a gracie shop, i always loved her clothes.

But I think they should have done it a little differently. I really wanted to have like an option to have your town gate open or closed (that much was in the DS version) and to be able to go on a bus or drive a car to other peoples towns WITHOUT the use of a wii code. It would have been fun :)
But I supose also full of cheaters and...people who would mess up your town. :( I wonder if anyone's figured out how to do that yet (the messing up town thing). They did in the DS version :(

I might be getting the game sometime soon, good thing I Have Nintendo Wi-Fi ( Or else Mario Kart Wii would be nothing ) but Yeah, It Looks Fun.. Looks awesome, I Just hope I see New Years!

I got Animal Crossing also!! :) I just finished Tom Nook, and my character looks like my mii. :) It's so much fun. :)
