How do I put glitter on images and/or text? Is there a way to do it myself or do I need to use a website? Thanks in advance!

Well I use a program called Disney Pix 2.0. (BTW it's a software not a website) The program works okay but I would suggest PhotoShop or something of that sort.

Is it free?

I think there's an online version of PhotoShop, but mostly it has to be bought. Disney Pix has to be bought.

I recommend Microsoft GIF animator. It's a free animator, google it. But.. whatever image you're animating, it must be a GIF image.
