Hannah Montana: The Movie is a planned film adaptation of the American television series Hannah Montana, to be released in theaters. It has been confirmed by Mitchel Musso, Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus. Filming began in April 2008, much of it occcurring in Columbia, Tennessee, and Los Angeles, California. The film will be released on May 1, 2009.

I, being the boy I am, MIGHT watch it. IDK, but if it has a good plot, I might, if it's another one of them movies, I won't.

Because people like Hannah Montana and the Jonas brothers are over-obsessive. They ruin Disney and turn it into MTV, no matter what the movie is. After this movie and Camp Rock, it will be just like HSM.

Yeah.. I'm a pretty good fan of the show Hannah Montana but I can't possibly imagine what the movie will be like. Has anyone else realized that all the shows and movies are totally unrelatable these days (besides Life with Derek)? I'm personally going to watch Camp Rock but High School Musical 3 in theaters? Are they crazy?

Okay lets say that a new Dora the explorer movie came out in theaters or their was word it was going to, wouldn't you diss it to no end? So people don't like the show hannah montana because everyone on that show acts like total brats. Since its based off the television show they are going to baset their opinions of what the movie is going to be like off of the television series. So if they don't like the show they most likely not like the movie.

I'm not a fan enough to go and see it in theaters. If there is a good reaction, I'll simply rent it and watch it; or go to my friend's house--who is a total fan of HM--and did you know that there was an accident on the set while filming?? Some people were injured! (No, Miley wasn't.)

Disney has always been part music. If disney didn't have the amazing inspiring music they had today... would they still be as magical? NO.

If you compare some of the stars on MTV to some of the stars of Disney... then there isn't much contrast. Disney doesn't even make shows with Walt or Mickey in them anymore. I'm not sure Disney is even aimed at children anymore and guess who's fault it is. How many kid kids do you see at a Jonas brothers tour/concert? I don't hate Hannah Montana or the Jonas Brothers... I just dislike the idea of Disney itself picking them. Sure, music has always and will forever be with Disney, but did you see Ariel or Jasmine or Cinderella sing like them? If anything Hannah Montana (etc.) are nothing like Disney. I personally think The Jonas Brothers and the others would do better on MTV. Their music is far from "inspiring".

No I wouldn't diss the 'new dora' movie because it's a little kids show! I wouldn't say it's stupid or anything. One because it's a little kids movie and second I didn't see it. Even if it's a new movie based on a TV show that I didn't like I wouldn't say it's stupid. I could say that if I saw it.

People that hate it aren't the ones being immature. Those who are obsessed with it are the immature ones. That show is a very bad influence. The characters act bratty, obnoxious, and self-centered; and here they're trying to teach kids "lessons". Or so they say.

Eghrm. Not Hannah Montana again. Just voicing my opinion - please do not comment on this opinion - I think Hannah Montana is overrated. Compare a song she sings at a concert to one song she actually sings - one of her first songs. It's a WHOLE different exprience seeing that. I read in a magazine that she wants to quit Hannah Montana after two great years. It was a shock to a lot of people.

I actually don't really seem interested in this movie. If it comes out, I guess there will be only one movie in the theaters I don't see.

WOW at first hannah montana was actually kinda cool to watch, but once things like hannah montana and miley cyrus PILLOWCASES and TOOTHPASTE(believe me i have seen these), it gets OLD.
