I've made an avvie using paint, but now it won't let me upload it. Can anyone help me?

(I've been using ****** and freeimagehosting.net, neither works)

Is it the right size? Is it the right type. Should be but maybe the size or when you saved it?

I forgot to save it in the right file type.
