There (might) be 3 Epcot pins out there from the Futureworld Pin Set
There is one last Forgotten Attractions pin out there:River Country
And there might be more "American" related pins. Hall of Presidents came out and there is Amercian Adventure, so I'm assuming there are three more but have nothing to base that on.
