Please join in our Haunted Halloween Costume Party

Date: Tuesday, 25 October 2005

Time: 5PM – 7PM PDT (west coast time) 8PM – 10PM EDT (east coast time)

Where: MousePatrol’s rooms on VMK.

Rules

You must find me in one of my rooms. Type in Chocolates to find my rooms on VMK or find me online before the event and become a friend so you can find me quicker.

I will be judging the costume. Imagination will go a long way in helping you win. Begging will not get you a win, class will. I reserve the right to boot anyone that does not behave. In other words, play nice. (Sorry, I was just on vmk and witnessed two vmker's fighting)

I will pick the ten I like the best. Those ten will proceed to the final judging where the following will be rewarded.

First Place Winner will receive the following:

Set of Stitch’s Tomorrowland Teleporter
Gold Retro Turnstile
Gold Scoreboard
Gold Random Number Generator
VMK Badge
New Frontierland Quest Pin

Second Place Winner will receive the following:

VMK Badge
Ace of Spade Carpet
Red Saddle Seat Sofa
Adventureland Retro Pin
Prince Phillips Briarstone

Third Place Winner will receive the following:

VMK Badge
Huntsman’s Heartless Hamper-pink
Adventureland Retro Pin
Red Saddle Seat Sofa

Fourth through Tenth will receive a consolation prize of my choice

There is no cost to join this contest. It would be nice if you posted here that you will be joining in the fun.

I will ask those with costumes that have impressed me, with their imagination, to meet me at the end (approx five minutes after game end) at one of my rooms. I will then pick the best of the best. We will have to pick a time to meet for prizes to be awarded. Prizes will be awarded within 24 hours of game close.

After the party I will post the winners on vmkforum.com for everyone’s enjoyment.

BTW, each of my rooms has a candy machine so you can Trick or Treat by visiting each Penny Press in all twelve rooms.

Hope you will plan on joining us for this event.

Those that have signed up will find the list on the first page of this thread, fourth post from the top.

A couple of people have said they don't have costumes. What I am looking for are those with an imagination that can take "regular" clothes, skin and hair colors and come up with something orginial. You don't need to have a cowboy, space, indian, princess, dive suit costume to participate.

Here's the latest list for the party on Tuesday Oct 25th.

I am going to try and open the room up a little earlier than 5 PM west coast time. If your name is not on the list please send me a PM so I can add you tonight or tomorrow before the party starts. You don’t need to be on the list but it will make the game run a little smoother.

I will PM the code to the winners of the VIP Badges. Other items I will give to each winner tomorrow night. The list of items that can be won is the first message in this thread.

Please only enter the contest once so everyone has a chance. Remember use your imagination as you will have a better chance of winning a prize.

You will find me in Gold Coin Chocolates tomorrow night. This is the room where the judging will take place. If you are in the final running I will ask you to take a seat. If not I will ask you to proceed to the teleporter and the next room.

W00t i just one the costume party and id like to first off thank all who participated in it for giving me so much support and being a great sport about not being in my position. Second id like to thank MOUSEPATROL (judimouse) for putting in a great event and only be beaten tonight by Yavn's space mountain room. So thanks all!
