Are you getting the blue bar and it stops part way? I decided to just let it sit there while I did something else. Came back in ten minutes and it came up. Same thing happened this morning.

I suspect they may be taking servers on and off line so it may be you get into a queue like you do going to full guest rooms or game rooms. Let it sit and see if that helps.

I'm just getting a black screen and the status bar says, "Transferring data from download.virtualmagickingdom.com." It just sits there. Transferring nothing. :mad: Why isn't the staff fixing this?! This is what happens in Firefox.

I'm going to try IE (ugh) and play...

Sometimes its a black screen I exit out then log in again and it works!

Xfan342 Don't feel bad yesterday I got dis connected about 12 times. In the Morning! not just the hole day. I was so mad. But as the day when on I only got disconnected 2 times :)

I had several yesterday as well, mostly in the Pirates game. Also this morning after opening, I get the crash message on every attempt to enter. You would think that if they were staying closed today for the 4th, you would get that message instead.

That is happening to me right now. It stops when there's only like and eighth of an inch left, and then it sits there. Very frusterating.

Edit: It goes up just a smidget! Why doesn't it load!!! It is now like a sixteenth of an inch off! Grrr!!! LOL.

We're all having speed problems right now. TheIncredible was trying to get into the game for half an hour to day. And it's taking me 2-3 minutes to enter empty rooms!

hello people uh i use firefox and just takes about 5 minutes if it takes too long i just post here or watch tv ( don't watch tv though it drains your brain!!)

I have had it crash twice now getting into VMK. Once while loading the other when i just barely got into it.

Sometimes VMK seems to have some issues when logging into the game. The snapshot below occurs to me every few days, where you start logging into the game and game starts loading very slow, after a few minutes the game finally times out "We're Sorry! VMK has crashed and you'll need to login again. Please click Ok". The previous user stated a firewall maybe causing someone elses problem, I know our firewall within work definitely blocks ports utilized by this game. My home firewall seems to work just fine but sometimes I seem to have these logon issues. This definitely has happened for me more often since going live with the game, and I find VMK crashes more often on me than before also.

I have been trying for an hour and a half. Either I get the crash screen or it almost freezes while loading (never seems to get passed half way) so I close the window and try again.
Maybe I will go do real world things and then come back later! lol

Ah! I have never had this problem with VMK before. It has always been a speedy log-in process. This morning I had to wait a half hour before I was able to log in. Now I've been trying and trying for an hour. Hopefully, the VMK staff will realize how popular this game is and increase the server capacity.

I guess VMK is telling me something: I should go out to the real world for a change! lol

1 hour 45 mintues and I am finally on.

I got in once long enough to get my credits, but too late to get my second set.
Now stuck again. Crashes every time.

Hee! I just started playing with my status bar now, thanks for the tip SistaLena. Yeah, I'm getting the bar filled blue up to the very tip, then it sits there for ten[t] minutes and I get the dreaded "Beta Error."

It seems that after I do something with the computer it does this. I'm not quite sure what, but it seems to refresh the whole computer. For Example: In the adress bar, if you click the arrow pointing down there is nothing, etc. I'm not quite sure what makes it do that...
