Apparently, now players who have an account, but are not members (don't pay) have now gained a few extra perks :) Now players without memberships can enter the other streets and playgrounds such as donald's dock, daisy gardens, etc. This made me really excited when I saw this because I am not a member and was not able to complete all the toontasks i was on. Also great because VMK will be ending soon and I now have another game to play.

edit: other streets may be visited, but many places in these other streets are still not available. These places include toon HQ's on other streets, gag shops on other streets, and street shops (thx Shadowkevin). I have not checked whether or not trolly games can be played or not. Also, chip can dales's acorn flats golf course is able to be played. I checked the website and it said that the main purpose was to allow more types of cogs to be seen, so I am assuming that cog building on other streets can still be beaten

Is that all they added to the free accounts?

Yes in the other lands and Cog HQs you can not go inside the buildings too battle the bosses and things like that.
You can not go in any Shop and Head Quarters in any land but Toontown Central

What do you mean by beat toontown? Does it mean get every gag and do every toontast and beat all the Cog HQ?

The only bad thing about this is that you can't be secret friends with anyone.

Also non-members can't fish anymore...

I am glad they extended free memberships myself. I am a paying member and now I have more people to help with taking cog buildings out yay!! A plus there is that my son who is still on a free membership can come and help me out too. :)

If you beat the game, you should have the following:

137 Laff Points
Mr. Hollywood level 50 suit
Robber Baron level 50 suit
Bigwig level 50 suit
The Big Cheese level 50 suit
All tasks completed
Teleporation access to all neighborhoods
30 Minigolf Trophies
33 Racing Trophies
40 Gardening Flowers
4 Gardening Flowers
70 Fish Species
7 Fish Tropies
Have access to VP, CFO, Cheif Justice, and CEO all the time without merits, cogbucks, jury notices, or stock options

Yup that might take awhile and if you have absoloutely no life at all you might be done with Toon Town in a year ;) just making an honest observation since I been playing awhile :) Good Luck to all the free Toon members :ThumbsUp:
