In this game in the arcade, how do you submit your score? I had a highscore couldn't figure out how to submit it.

The two buttons are hidden. Click the lower button.

When moving you mouse over the page after finishing just above thescore thing is the sumbit button which is hidden but above that is the play again button also hidden so move your mouse over the page and find the lower of the 2 buttons where your mouse turns into a hand or something and then click. Hope this helps :)
