I thought it was a bug too, but if you click on the very tip of one of the horns, you should be able to get the "move" command to appear.

There is a glitch that happens where you cannot get the control panel to work on an item. Exit the room and come back in.

Some items like the rugs have the control panel in only one spot and require trial and error to find it. I have a rug of another kind that does the same thing.

You cannot move an item if something is on it including people. At Coke Music we could place people on the walls, dance in air and do fun things because we could move stuff even if the item was under stuff.

If you have tried all of that then reenter your room. Systematically (in order) click on each spot in the room that is near the rug and the rug itself. I once had to items intertwined. You may have two rugs on top of each other.

If you have a slow computer that should not matter. It usually on a broken VMK day and with a slow computer takes a few second at the most for the control panel to show.

If all else fails then contact VMK on the contact button at the bottom of the log in place. VMK staff cannot unglue your rug if there is a glitch.

when the circle that u use to walk is on way of where ur clicking it does not work hope that helps :)
