For those interested in recording your vmk activity on the hard drive i recommend using a program called "snag it"...it can be found on the web by doing a search for it....it is simple to use, has some cool features, and has a free 30 day trial period which is nice....i used this on the recommendation of goofygeggy and it works perfectly...i posted some vids for those that want to see, you can find them by doing a search for sillykid...anyway, some of my friends were interested in this since vmk is closing so i thought i'd share this with u all....:Exclamation:

Thats what I've been doing! Making videos so when vmk closes I can watch them and remember. But I have been using Hypercam and another program.

The best to use is CamStudio, it is free to begin with, and sames smooth animations to a small file size. I am currently uploading videos and audio clips from all of VMK to a new site. I hope to announce to the forums shortly when it goes live.

My favorite is Camtasia Studio. Any version - but they cost.

For a GREAT - FREE alternative, I would recommend using Windows Media Encoder.

You can use WME for as long as you would like, and record as many videos as you would like. Many people say that it doesn't have good quality - not true. Those that say that, must not have the RAM in their system to support it. ;)
