honestly i think they did not design the items recently but these are un released items they designed for a certain mothn this year but when they found out they had to close they just released all the stuff they were supposed to remember they dont design new items 1 day before they come out

Yes..... Simply because, when they release the new items, it (IMHO) gives the kids hope. I believe that if they are closing, just let people play the game, and say their good-byes.

I DO realise that the newly released items are the ones that staff worked on long before Disney decided to pull the rug on them.

If there is some sort of hope to save VMK. Then by all means release the new items.
