right i see people just cant accept the fact that VMK is closing now im not with the whole VMK closing thing i will definatly be sad that VMK is closing but come on everything has to end sometime don't be sad vmk is closing be happy that it began! Yeah sure we may never see some of our friends again but at least you will have memories! So don't take this as the end think of it as a new beginning :) :mickey::balloon: and btw we all have to move on sometime and find a new hobby and try something new...

It's kinda hard to appreciate something that is only there for a very limited time and holds some of the most precious things ever! Friends! ....

This is exactly what i tell people on vmk :)

I cant ever forget VMK.
All the great friends i made, all the fun times we've had.
And then BAM ill never be able to talk to them ever again

I Cant ever forget VMK but i have to i have to try to do better in school im not saying im doing bad but to get a better education and try to get more A's then A's And C's also i will get a chance to get outside 1 hour longer woohoo to atleast play sports its better to go outside and play for 60 minutes then being a couch potato but come on none of us will forget VMK about our memories and our good friends

Yeah, that's some of the reason.. i think the other reason is that they are building TOY STORY MANIA in both parks, AMERICAN IDOL: PLAY IT! at DHS, also the huge refurbishment at CALIFORNIA'S ADVENTURE Turning into a 'PixarLand" or something like that. They just dont have the money for everything.

I've also noticed that VMK has gone a little bit competitive these few months, remember the Christmas Gingerbread Building Contest? The Captain Blackheart Quest?


But the last couple of days this week i noticed, people are friendlier in pirates, everyone has a big group of friends, everyone is talking about memories of this game, and i realize, THIS IS THE MAGIC THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR! Right now, even though i am sad for VMK closing, i will miss all the games, the rooms, and most of all, The Magic. This magic came when i first started VMK, when i got my first friend, when i played my first game of pirates, when i got my list full of friends. ;)

So THANK YOU VMK for my friends to help me with tough times,

But then, you have the friends you made in vmk, that you dont really know in real life. And idk about any of you, but even though we've found new ways to contact one another (the forums), without vmk, we're going to fall apart. I know some people are like, "they're just friends you found on a game. They don't mean much! Real life friends are better and easier to keep" When actually... even though that was my first thoughts about all of this, I still dont want to lose them! My vmk friends are close to me. Sure, they're not like real life friends, and My vmk friends can never replace them. BUT STILL. The things we've done together and the strong friend circle we have formed, we do not want VMK to end, because that might mean the end of us.
