What is the penny arcade for?! VMK put it there, but never told us why!

what im so mad about is that yavn had us begging and dreaming about having flying carpet magic FOR THREE(3) YEARS!! and now he said its comming out with only about one more month left. What are we going to do sit and admire it and do nothing else, I might as well get rid of all my stuff.

Ever hear of the phrase don't shoot the messager? This is one of those times. Yavn did not do a thing, he just reports what VMK workers tell him to. I think.

Im not sure if you realize, but VMK might have been cut from Disney against VMK's will. I really think you all should stop baggin on VMK and bag on the Disney Online department.

Anyways, if VMK is truly closing, everything has not been in waste.
VMK has broken Virtual barriers and hopefully we will see more broken in the future.

as well as the rides scene in the ride a thon and all those magics like the space vehicle and all those pins and shirts.

yes dont blame VMK staff its not their fault. mostly could be disney online. anyway i had a great time with vmk and all its glory :)

It's possible they did intend to go forward with all these things. I think this final plug pulling was a surprise to the staff of VMK.
But it shouldn't have been. VMK management should have been listening to the Guests and not chastizing them for expecting Disney-like service in a Disney game.
Management screwed up, and we, the players, pay the price. That is why so many are outraged.

it can't be vmk, because if you talk to host they all say they want vmk to stay!

i agree that it seems it was not vmk staff that were solely behind the choice to pull the plug. if they were, why would they start so many new things such as the penny arcade and leave others unfinished, like the advanced trading card game?

Very true. I don't think the staff of VMK had any say in the decision. They work for the company. It has to be hard on them to be losing something they have worked so hard building. Not to mention that they are losing the interaction they have had with all of us.

yeah, i think we have to keep in mind that they are losing friends too, both players in the game and prehaps even their fellow vmk co-workers
