Mystilla and Leonora sat there, looking dumbstruck at Tom. "Tom, we didn't do anything! We haven't been spying! It was Hagrid!" They said. Tom looked over to Hagrid, who stood next to me. I rolled my eyes at Hagrid. "Your not gonna get loose, Hagrid. We won't let you." I said. "Oh, yes I will! You watch an' see!" He said. I laughed my evil little laugh. "Hagrid, it won't happen. I won't let it, and neither will Voldemort." I said. "Don' ever say his name!" He replied. "Already afraid to say it now, are you, Rubeus?" Tom asked him. Mystilla and Leonora broke free of their ropes. "Stupefy!" They yelled to me. I fell to the floor. "Oh, your gonna wish you never did that, Myst, same goes for you, Leo." Tom said. "Why? Why will we wish we didn't? We'd love to hurt your girlfriend, and maybe even you!" Leonora said. Tom rolled his eyes. "You know what powers I'm capable of. You won't hurt me or Sarah." He said. "Watch me!" Mystilla said. Her hair turned dark red. "You think your the only metamorphmagus here? Well your wrong! We don't find your hair threatening!" I said, turning my hair black and long, and my eyes big and bubbly. "I'm mad, Sarah. You won't like me when I'm mad." Mystilla said. "Well, then, Mysti. What won't I like? The evil ways of changing your hair color? How will that hurt me?" I asked, laughing. "I'm capable of many of spells." Mystilla said to me. "Well, then. Test them out on me, will you? Or will you not have the chance to? Avis! Oppugno!" I screamed. A flock of birds appeared above my head, then attacked Mystilla. "Now, who's next. Leonora, Hagrid? Whoever makes the slightest movement is first." I said. "No, Sarah. Both are too dangerous. They know magic almost complex as mine." Tom said. I nodded and stepped back. "Tom, be careful." I said. "Sarah, why would I need lectures to be safe? These two gits will need the saving." He said. I laughed. Mystilla was on the ground, being attacked by birds. "Tom, were only 15, how will we get away with this?" I asked him. "Were not using our wands, remember? Your using my mum's and I'm using my uncle's." He told me. I nodded. "But Tom... You know the villagers here are... Muggles. People will find out that were in your fathers house." I told him. "I put many protective spells. I hurt the people I needed to, and now I'm taking care of these gits who followed me." He said. I sighed. "Tom, the muggle police will be here any minute. The Ministry still knows what spells were using. We've used an Unforgivable." I told him. "Well, then! Use another one!" He said. I pointed my wand at Leonora, my hand shaking. "Crucio!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Leonora fell to the floor, in pain. I just used an Unforgivable... That felt... good. I thought.
"Hurry, run, Sarah! All of them are stuck, now. Mystilla gets the birds, Leonora is under attack of the Cruciatus Curse, and Hagrid is tied up. Come on!" He yelled. Me and Tom ran out of the house. "W-w-where do we go?" I asked him. "This is the big house over way... Go through the fireplace! I brought Floo Powder." Tom said. Me and Tom dropped the powder into the fireplace. I grabbed his hand. "Hogwarts!" He said. A strangle-like substance dropped over us. After a few moments, it was Hogwarts. A man with a long, white beard stood in front of us. He nodded. "Ah, Tom... Sarah. Where were you?" He asked us. "Oh, just visiting another place in Hogwarts, sir." Tom said. "Ah, but being Albus Dumbledore, I know that's simply... a lie." He said. I looked at Tom. "How did he find out?" I mouthed to him. "I don't know." He mouthed back. "I know you were at your muggle fathers house, and I know you used an Unforgiveable Curse. Both of you." He said. "But, this being your first time using an Unforgiveable, I'll let it go. But may I remind you, next time... The Ministry may be involved." He said, nodding to us. Me and Tom ran to the common room. "Never again, Tom. You can't leave Hogwarts again!" I said in a hushed voice. "Well, I will. I still have some business to take care of." Tom said. "But... Is it about Horcruxes?" I asked him quietly again. He nodded. "Tom... You've already ripped your soul apart about 3 times... Please don't do it again." I told him. "The more I 'rip my soul apart' the longer I live." He told me. "Yes, but Tom... It's dangerous." I told him. "Everything we do is dangerous, Sarah. We will soon become to most feared Witch and Wizard in the Wizarding World." He told me. I smiled at the thought. "Where it would be bad to even say our name. Voldemort and Rhasa." He told me. I turned my back on him. I made my hair long, curly, and blonde. I made my eyes blue and big, and my lips small but nice. "Dolohov?" I said, gasping at a person who just entered the common room. "We thought you were... gone." I said. "Well, you thought wrong then." He said. "I suppose we did." I told him. He smiled. "Well, anyways. I don't want to become too feared, Tom. I still wanna have followers, and they will be known as D... Eaters, right? Also, I don't want my own parents to be afraid of me." I told him, he nodded. I went up to the girls dormitories to go to bed.
The next morning, it was windy and cold. I sat next to Tom at the Slytherin table in the Great Hall. There was still no sign of Mystilla, Leonora, or Hagrid. "I really don't need potions today, I'd rather it be Divination." I told him. "I know, Slughorn will probably tell the whole class about that Horcrux thing." He said. "Of course he would! Your his favorite student, he wants the class to look up to you." I told him. "Well, yeah. But seriously, would Slughorn want about 15 people making Horcruxes? About 15 people killing people?" He asked me. "Well... Probably." I said, nodding. He didn't respond. "Tom, you know I was joking." I said. "Yes, I know. It was quite funny. But I need to be the most feared Wizard in the world. Not those lousy Gryffindors." He said. "The Gryffindors are brave enough to do it." I said, agreeing. "Exactly, that's why we need to Confund Slughorn." He told me. "Well, then. Come on!" I said. We went to his office, where he ate breakfast most of the time. "Professor Slughorn, it's me, Riddle. I need to come in." He told Slughorn, who was behind the door. "Ah, yes! Come in, come in!" Slughorn said. Me and Tom opened the door. I was busy looking at potion ingredients, while Tom was talking to Slughorn. I looked at the Boomslang Skin for another second, but then came a yell from Tom. "Confundo!" He shouted. Slughorn was standing there, still. "Ah, yes, what would you like Tom? Are you here for that lamp?" He asked Tom. "No, Professor Slughorn. I already came in here and gave you what I needed to." Tom said, pointing to the breakfast. "Great thanks, ma' boy!" He said, as Tom took his seat. Tom sat next to me in the front of the class. "Do a countercurse, Tom. He can't be confunded for the lesson!" I told Tom. "I don't believe there is a countercurse, Sarah... He'll have to be confunded." He told me as the rest of the class filed in. I sighed. "Ah, I forgot the lesson today..." Slughorn said, looking through many potion cabinets."Uh. Oh, yeah! It's going to be... No. Wait. Love potions? No... Polyjuice. Ah, yes! Read the board for ingredients." He said, tapping his wand on the board. Me and Tom followed the directions as said. "Boomslang Skin... Got it." I said, putting Boomslang Skin in, at last. The watery substance inside of my cauldron turned purple, and hard as a rock. I raised my hand. "Professor Slughorn, is this supposed to happen?" I asked him. He walked over to my desk. "Oh, dear. Stop putting the ingredients in your cauldrons, everyone. STOP!" He yelled. "This potion, by mistake of course... Was made to kill merpeople." He said. I rolled my eyes as some Gryffindors gasped. "Oh, Professor... That's horrible!" A Gryffindor student shouted. "That's it! I'm going into retirement. This Potions job confuses me so..." He said, putting down a few books.
It was a nice, breezy night as me and Tom went outside to study. "Lumos!" I muttered, my wand at the ready, when we reach the Quidditch field. My best friend, Taylor was up in the stands. We walked up there, where she was. "Hey, Sarah!" She said, excited. "What are you doing out here?" Tom asked her. "Tom, is there a problem with me being out here?" She asked him. "One second, Taylor." I said, standing up and pulling Tom to the third step on the stairs. "You wanted to talk about Horcruxes, didn't you, Tom? I told you, were not discussing it until we find the perfect object to... well, you know... Make a Horcrux." I said. "But that's the whole point. I know the perfect object..." He said. "And that is?" I asked him, a bit irritated. "Godric Gryffindor's sword." He said. I thought about it for a moment. "What are you going at, Tom!? We are not going to turn Hogwarts into some... Cursed Horcrux school!" I yelled at him. "Sarah, don't you see...? We can rule the Wizarding World. We will. And only to do that, I need your help, my love." He said. I literally floated when he said that. "I'll help, Tom... I'll help." I said, hugging him. We walked back up the steps to where Taylor was. "Sarah, what was that about?" She asked me. "Well... Uh... He told me he loved me." I said. Taylor glanced at Tom. "How can that... Fool possibly love?" She asked me, her voice dropping quite low. "In many ways. He just needs someone to set him straight." I said, gazing in his eyes. "Uh, ew. Sarah, we all know he's behind something..." She said. "Yes, but soon you will hope you never said that, Taylor. He is very powerful." I told her. "Is that a threat, Sarah?" She asked me. "Taylor, think a little, your my best friend. I would never threaten you. But all I was saying was the truth... Facts, as it is." I said. "Can you guys at least tell me what your behind?" She asked me. "You'll have to ask Tom about that. He is very... secretive." I said. "Well, then. I'll just go ask him." She said, getting up and walking to the other side of the stands. I followed her. "Tom, can you tell me what you guys are up to?" She asked him, politely. "I'm sorry, Taylor. But you'll find out soon enough." He said, smiling. Taylor looked at me worriedly. "Tom, just tell me." She said. Tom looked at me, for advice. "Tom, just tell her... She probably won't stop badgering you." I said. Tom sighed. "We are planning on becoming the most powerful wizards in the world. Me, I'll be Voldemort. She'll be Rhasa, a word in parseltongue. We already have followers, but they are keeping this quiet. We prefer them to be called 'death eaters'." He said. Taylor sighed. "I suppose, for the sake of you guys not going to Azkaban prison, I'll join. But if we get hurt in this mess, I'll hurt you." She said, pointing to Tom. Tom rolled his eyes. "Taylor, you can't tell anyone." I said coldy. "Alright, then. What exactly do these 'D..Eaters' do?" She asked me. "Hurt muggles, or worse. We use the Cruciatus Curse to hurt traitors and muds to insanity..." Tom said. "Sounds peaceful. But, Tom... Were all half, were not hurting our muggle parents, are we?" Taylor asked him. "Of course not!" He said. "Well, that's good then." She said, smiling. "Where and when are we going?" Taylor asked him. "After our seventh year. Our first destination will be Godric's Hollow." He said. "Well, that's nice." I said, rolling my eyes. "Wait, why there?" Taylor asked him. "Dumbledore lives, or lived there." He said. "Tom... That's too dangerous." Me and Taylor both said. "Do I give a care? Again, Sarah... Everything we do is dangerous..." He said. "Well, we must be going." Tom continued. I stood up and walked away with him. Taylor sat there, thinking about what to do next.
Morning came, it was the day before Winter Break. "Tom are you staying? I kinda need to go back to my mum and dad." I told him. "Feel free to go, I do not mind." He said, sighing. "Tom! Don't do that. I'm staying." I said. Tom smiled. "Ugh, Tom, I hate it when you do that." I told him. "But I'm incredibly charming. Don't argue." He said, holding a hand up as I tried to back-talk that last comment. "I suppose you are incredibly charming..." I said. "Thank you for agreeing." He said, turning his head, trying to wave his short hair. "What are you, a model?" I asked him, laughing. "Might as well be." He said, smiling. "Are we going to the Chamber of Secrets tonight? You know, Horcruxes?" I whispered. "No, we can't do that until our sixth year at least." He said. "One more year, then." I sighed. "Are you excited about danger, Sarah? For once?" He asked, sounding quite excited. "Well, going into the Chamber of Secrets for the first time would be quite exciting... The Chamber in which Salazar created to keep muds out..." I said. "Unless you meet a giant snake." He said, and then continued quickly from the look on my face. "It's a basilisk. I can control it. So can you, we both speak Parseltongue." He said. "Still dangerous. It follows orders from you. Not from me." I said. "So, first you think something is fun, until I explain there is a basilisk? So, if I said I'm going to some... Dark Arts convention, and I said there was a basilisk, you would think it's dangerous?" He asked me. "Hello, basilisk! That's like... a giant snake!" I said. "Well, of course it is a giant snake. It's huge!" He said. I slammed my head on the table. "So your sociating with a giant snake? That's nice, Riddle, very nice." I said. He laughed at that, I smiled. "It sounds weird when you put it that way... But we may succeed in becoming the greatest witches and wizards in the world if we get this basilisk on our side!" He said. "Tom, we've gone over this. That is two full years from now!" I said. "Those two years are very useful for planning, aren't they?" Tom asked. "I suppose..." I muttered. We stood up and went to the Hospital Wing where Yaxley was. "Tom, it's them..." I said, looking over at the three people who were also there. "Who are?" He asked, but then stopped in his tracks. Leonora was holding a conversation with Mystilla, who had bruises and scratches. Hagrid was asleep. Mystilla and Leonora stopped talking when me and Tom entered the room. "Thanks a lot, guys... Were telling Dippet about this." Mystilla said, turning her hair red. "Here we go again. Dippet already knows. Dumbledore told him." I told her. Leonora rolled her eyes. Me and Tom walked on. "Lousy Slytherins." She said. I turned around. "I'm going to pretend that you did not say that." I said, and turned back around and started walking again. "But I did, what's to stop me now?" She asked. "No, Sarah, their not worth it." Tom whispered to me as I turned around, ready to fight. I sighed. Me and Tom walked down the ward toward Yaxley, who was lying on the bed. "I'm so sorry that happened Yaxley..." I gasped at his wounds. "It's not your fault, it is I who put up a fight with the owners of Borgin and Burkes..." He said. I sat down at the end of the bed. "Does it hurt horribly bad, Yaxley? Your arm?" I asked him. "Yes, but I'll survive." He said. "Your going to miss Hogsmeade... Oh dear, Tom! Remember? We had Dippet sign for you. As if he had a choice." I said. "That was fun, the first time we used an unforgivable... Imperius Curse! And Dumbledore doesn't know a thing!" Tom said. "What do I not know?" Dumbledore said from behind us. "Oh, hi Professor Dumbledore." I said. "Let me repeat myself... What do I not know?" He asked again. I looked over at Tom. "You don't know about... The present were giving you. Ah, yes. Wouldn't want to spoil a surprise, Professor!" Tom said. I smiled at Tom, then at Dumbledore. "Oh, well then." He said. His blue eyes twinkled, I think he knew that we were lying. "I must be off. You two have fun at Hogsmeade." Dumbledore said, nodding to each of us.
That encounter with Dumbledore seemed like forever ago, but it wasn't. We were only at Hog's Head, drinking butterbeer for free. We brought our own cups, by the way. "So, were going to... Where?" Tom said, drinking more butterbeer. "The big cave on the mountainside to plant a Horcrux. No, wait, that was the other cave... The one that you went to on the little beach trip with the orphanage, remember?" I asked him. "Ah, yes, that one. I forgot!" He said. "Tom, how could you forget about the Horcrux? That's impossible for someone who... well... Talks about it so much!" I said, drinking more butterbeer. "Yes, very well. I am the only one who talks about the Horcrux then, but I'm glad you have such an interest." He said, shaking his head so his hair waved to the side again. "Tom, what did I tell you about being a model? Your my Tom. Not her Tom, MINE!" I said. "But my hair... It's so... Pretty! How can you deny?" He asked. "Aww, your hair is pretty... pretty?" I said. "Well, back to business. Where will we hide the Horcrux's? We don't want people destroying them!" He said, dropping his voice so that Aberforth, who was serving at the time, could not hear. "OF COURSE WE DON'T, TOM! WE WENT OVER THIS ABOUT FIFTEEN TIMES!" I yelled. Aberforth looked over to us. "Oh, were going over homework! Back to your business, then!" I said to Aberforth. He nodded suspiciously. "The butterbeer has gotten to me." Tom said as we stood up. "Thank you, Aberforth." Tom said. Aberforth nodded. "Where are we off to now?" I asked him. We stood up and walked out of Hog's Head. "I really don't know." He said. "Three Broomsticks?" I asked him. "Sarah, we were just in Hog's Head. Why would we need to go to the Three Broomsticks?" Tom asked. "Ah, seems like fun." I said, smiling. "Publicly? You want to publicly torture people!?"
