Forever Violet
Well... I have attempted doing a story I have already written on here, and... I didn't really feel like writing something nobody is going to see. I thought about it for a while... about writing a story I haven't already written. You see, my hope is that I will be able to add something truly unique to this forum, and it's been running out. If I can't find anything you all don't like well- I don't know what you like. Here is a vampire story I have already outlined and went through the whole process, now I just have to write it out. I hope you enjoy it, because I'm gonna be working hard on this. Also, your comments are greatly appreciated.
Chapter 1:
Restart
"Please, please, please remember what I told you," My "mother", Victoria begged as I was stepping out of the car, gathering my things, and was about to close the door. I simply rolled my eyes.
"Yeah, yeah, I think we get it," Lucile murmured, getting out of the backseat. Already, eyes were on us. The people coming from all the other cars already noticed the strange new people coming from the black Chevrolet. Ha ha... be inconspicuous, that's a joke, good one father!
"Be on your best behavior, Violet!" Victoria commented directly to me. I groaned, and closed the door. I faced the new school, all of the people were hurriedly coming toward it.
"Wow," I simply stated... there were so many people. I'm pretty sure we'll get more then enough attention. Not something I enjoy what-so-ever. It was just going to be like the last school we went to... the one we already graduated, but now we have to come back. I've been following this process for the past fourty years, more then the rest of my family.
"We better get a move on then..." I heard Nicholas say to Lucile. I walked ahead of them, and calculated how long we can stay here until the sun shows up.
We came near the school, and went inside the dull building. I heard many teens groaning about the first day here. Many girl's whispers were very audible to my sensitive ears, all were saying how good-looking my brother is.
We went inside a small office with brown chairs spread along the wall, along with a small table holding magazenes about some colleges, and flyers for whatever events were coming.
My brother gave his smile to the secretary sitting at the desk, and began introducing us.
"Hello, um... We are the Sharpes, I believe our father already filled out the paperwork, we just came for the schedules." He announced openly. The secretary stared down to me and my sister, obviously stunned, and I heard Lucile giggling under her breath. She was just getting used to this way of life, let me add.
"... Oh, yes, well..." She got up from her seat and found three pieces of paper, and handed them to the three of us. "Here you go. The locker number is on the bottom left, and the combination for the gym locker is on the top right. If you have any questions ask the guidance, the room next to here." She explained warily. I almost had to laugh myself...
"Thank you," Nicholas said, and we walked out. I took a look at my own schedule, not liking it at all. I'm not in anything musical, because Alexander and Victoria were wary of my voice. I'll explain that to you later. They said I shouldn't sing anymore for the humans, I can tell you that. The first hour was going to be the advanced Language Arts, with Mrs. Wilson. I waved goodbye to my siblings, and went up the stairs to wherever the locker was supposed to be.
I put all the things I wasn't going to need in there quickly. I found almost about every male pair of eyes upon the beautiful new girl. I could just say right now, have fun with your little fantasies. Many girls would just put their noses up and keep passing me, but then eventually looking back to see if it was true what their own eyes came upon. No... I'm not being sarcastic... I seem to have this appeal to humans, being supposedly beautiful. I guess I was, but once people see my eye color is when the start inching away from me. Anytime I give a friendly smile... they start moving away. Therefore I stay with my family, but unforetunatly, they split us up in this school.
I went into the designated room for language arts. I came quietly, trying to be unnoticed. I sat in the very back desk, just so people wouldn't gaze at me again. I never like that feeling anymore.
The bell rang, signalling the start of the day. I sat there still, looking at all the people, who weren't watching me, yet.
"Welcome class, I'm sure you had a fine weekend away. We have a new student who has just moved here, her name is Violet Sharpe, and she will be joining this class." I can tell that I don't like this teacher anymore.
Now all of the eyes were on me, including the teacher's and the girl who sat next to me. She wasn't very skinny, but not very large either. She had layered brown hair, that went to her back, almost like my black hair, except a bit shorter. Her eyes matched her hair, and she was tanner then me which doesn't say much at all. I'm white as, literally, a ghost.
Evidently, her name was Elizabeth White, and she was the only one staring at me in this twisted way. Immeadiatly, I didn't very much like her at all.
"Hello, I'm Elizabeth." She announced strangely. I gave a slight smile, crossed my arms, and leaned back into the chair, "watching" the teacher. My mind was really somewhere else. Her eyebrows knit together, angry that I didn't say anything.
The class was learning about Shakespeare. I already knew it like the back of my hand, which hasn't changed much in a few centuries. I probably know every line in Romeo and Juliet, which every school I have been to performed. Unforetunatly, the lighting of the stage isn't ideal for my weird skin, meaning everyone will be looking more at me then anything else. So I took my grateful place, in the backstage, painting, sometimes designing, the set.
Before I knew it, the bell rang, and I quickly got out of my chair and gathered all my books.
"Would you like help finding your next class?" Elizabeth suddenly offered, actually being kind for once.
"No thank you," I said, venting out any emotion, I didn't want her to get the idea I was going to talk to her again.

Well, what do you think? Long chapter huh? Well, that happens a lot with my writing because I can't ever write short stories. I hope you comment, and I will post the second chapter soon.
