Ok When I log into VMK it loads about a fourth and stops the n something pops up and says Out Of Memory?????? What Do I do!!

Restart your computer, it will clear the memory. Memory build-up is usually from not shutting down or restarting your computer. If you leave it on, or hibernate it all the time, memory will build up quick.
