how do you change your password??

some of you myght remember that recently my magic went missing too

well yeah now im missing my

~flip hat
~bird hat
~black mickey ears
~pumkin hat

please help me!! i need help so badly!!

somebody obviously knows my account, how do i change my password??

Read this thread (http://www.vmkforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4799) for information. It talks about how to find out your birthday, but there is a link on the page as well to change your password.

Also, send a message to Contact Us with info on what items you have lost.

For changing your password, go to the thread link I provided and do all the steps up to Step 4. On the My Profile page, there is an edit button in the right hand corner of the Account Information box. Click that button and you should be able to change your password from there.

As for Contact Us, tell them when you saw the items in your inventory last and the next day, they were all gone. I would even tell them you don't remember trading them away. The VMK Staff can look at trade logs and determine who the items were traded to.

I have just followed that link and can confirm that you can change your password that way.

Once you get to your account information, click on edit and you will be able to change it.

and i used contact us and gave them the date that i had it, everything that was stolen, the date it went missing, and my VMK name.


i havent traded in a while so it shouldnt be too hard
