Those are the HOST pins and the pins that were sold in the Emporium. :)

All the series pins are listed on our wiki (http://www.disneysonlineworlds.com/index.php/Pin_Sets). :)

series are pins that were released for every weekend for a theme month, such as the 5 tron pins from tron month, the FAB 5 Fall pins, hotel series pin, etc. If you have a questioin whether a certain pin is a series pin just ask and I can tell you.

And yes, you can give the Hurricane Bay pin. In fact, you can get any pin listed on this page (http://www.disneysonlineworlds.com/index.php/Pin_Sets) (except maybe the numbered pins). :)

Dumbfounded is right. If you are over 100 in the queue, you pretty much can just leave the line... :( It takes a long time 50 people every our basically. I am 46 in line and I am cutting it close

I started in line at 75 and just got out of the room about 5 minutes ago. So that would mean an average of about 1 player per minute.

There was a short delay because Phinny froze and had to dc and get back in. She said it happened because the player clicked her to request the trade at the same time she was clicking him. Sounds like it's a good idea to just wait and let the host initiate the trade.

Yes lol, i was going to post that myself wonder seeing nobody else had, thank ye for passing that on, i had noticed before it was my turn a couple of people saying thank you after the trades with added surprise faces so i thought something was up, when i finally got in and got my pin she added a bar stool and when my other friend got her trade, Phinny gave her the fire window, not sure why but hey who am i to complain :) though it is seriously cutting back on the rarity but it's furniture so it will always be in demand :)
now i just have to figure out what to do with this grand kali pin

YEP! i know because i was dying to get rid of all the extras i'm now getting so she let me trade a dead man's chest pin seeing as it is a series pin from last years pirate set :) :) :)

Now I know why its going so slow they only allow ten people in the room at once and thats including the host..

I got Lion Pin and one of those buyable Pirate Ships that are sold in the Shrunken Ned Shop...........

lol, that just helps to limit the lag, the real issue with the pin trades and how slow they move is simply the fact that you limit the speed to dealing with one person at a time rather than letting say 3-4 people click different teleporters at the same time.
Also any time the host DC or somebody doesn't know what pin they want, doesn't know what pin to give, or gets in a fight with the host (i've seen it happen, it's just weird) that can slow it down Immensely.
I've seen 4 people get through in a minute because they all know what they want and what to give, and i've seen one person sit there for four minutes before stopping the trade and starting over. it's all a matter of chance sometimes.

You tell Fin what pin you want and you put in the pin you want to trade to her as well. The pin you are trading her has to be a series pin (which is a HOST pin, or weekend pin that was sold in the Emporium), sword in the stone prize pin, or a pin from a Q button quest. :)

Toucan most definitely. A plus is that I really want it. :)

I would recommend getting Everest Pins as those are the oldest on the list if that is your goal. Otherwise get what you like ;)

I did not mean Q button quest. ;) I'm also pretty sure other pin events have had it since then as well.

Pin trading 'releases' are a drop in the bucket and don't really affect the pin's value as much as people who get into a lot of them might think. If someone already has a toucan pin and wants an everest pin, they should go for the everest pin, but I don't think the toucan is actually worth less than them. And pin trading releases tend to happen in spurts, so maybe it's the Everest pins' turn. :-D

i got in and when it was my turn i traded phinny a bobsled pin for toucan pin then i pressed accept then out of nowere she gave me a crow's nest barstool and pole with the toucan pin :)

This sounds more like a rumor. Fin usually says she is trading the pins that are on her only, not hidden pins.

i sort of asked for an eye pin. lol I said "I need a toucan unless you have any eye pins hiding back there" She added a toucan and I took that :)

Frankly I don't like the whole thing of giving eye pins if she's not wearing the. One of the worst experieces I ever had on VMK was over a year ago. Phinny was doing a pin trade, I went in very early and made my trade for a pin she was wearing. Afterwards i came on here and people were saying if you asked for eye pin, she would trade it to you. I was livid over this because I followed all the rules, made the trade fast to not hold anyone up, and only asked for a pin she was wearing. If I had known she had eye pins, i would have asked for one. To me it seemed like she was rewarding people for breaking the room rules by asking for pins she wasn't wearing, and those of us who followed the rules never found out we could have gotten eye pin.

For that reason I hope she never gives out eye pin again, unless people know ahead of time they can get it, because its not fair to those of us who follow her room rules.

I was in the Host trade yesterday and somebody asked this question about trading her some magic for an Eye Pin. Her answer was that she is not allowed to trade the Eye Pin, however she is sometimes allowed to give it as a gift.

I was quite satisfied with what I got. I traded a Koro Tiki and she asked me what I wanted and I said 'Is the Everest pin too much?'. She popped in the Everest 3/5 Claw pin and I got the trade. :) w00t!

O_o. People and their rumors. I Believe I did get an eye pin during my very first trading event, but once someone traded me I traded it for red flips :l What is a guest supposed to do? Keep the pin and treasure it forever? @_@

That's because there are many more people behind you, and many of those people are crashing, therefore, the line gets exponentially shorter in a faster amount of time depending on how far back you are. Or something.
