Well, I sent in a message through contact us about how slow VMK has been loading for me and they sent me this:

CACHE
Make sure your browser’s cache is cleared. This will ensure that
when you restart the game, the most recent information is displayed.
This
will also force your browser to reload the entire screen, so it may
take a few minutes to get started again.
Anyway, I was hoping someone on here knew where it was so I can clear it. Any help would be great :D

IT depends on which internet explorer you are using. if you are using the new version, click "Tools" then "Internet Options", Under the General tab, under the browsing history divider click [Delete...] then click [Delete Files]. Let it do its thing, then click OK untill you get back to the browser. There u go! if u dont got the new version, post back her and i'll give u instructions.

Well, to make it easier to give the directions to you, which browser are you using?

EDIT: TripleM - We first need to find out which program she is running. It could be Moxilla Firefox, or Safari (like I'm running).

That would be the way to do it though for Internet Explorer 7

Sorry. >.>

On the "E" logo, does it have a yellow line going through it? Or is it blue?

Ok, then you have Internet Explorer 7. The directions that TripleM provided would work. (Tools --> Delete Browsing History)

I went to that and a list came up. Delete Files, Cookies, History, Form Data, and Passwords. Which do I delete?

Delete the files, everything else should work fine with them still there.
